Second Initiation

You aren’t actually going to do this are you?”

I was putting my shoes on as I heard my roommate Holly goes on about how dangerous this was.

“Like I said, I HAVE to go. It’s initiation!” I said as I stood up to look in the mirror

I watched her in the mirror. She looked frustrated and she fell back on her bed. I didn’t understand why she was so against this, but I did learn she was a junior here and that she is from Washington.

“You don’t get it” she said in just above a whisper as she sat up and looked at me through the mirror

I rolled my eyes at her as she chuckled at my actions. Okay, now she is just pissing me off.

I spun around on my heals and faced her

“Seriously, what do you have against all of them?”  I crossed my arms and tapped my foot waiting for her to reply

“I don’t have an-“

I cut her off

“Bullshit! You’re trying to persuade me not to go and you keep telling me how dangerous they are!” I said flinging my arms in the air clearly mad

I stood watching her as she said nothing. I laughed in frustration and grabbed my phone off my head and headed towards the door

“If you get hurt just remember I warned you” she said as she put her headphones in and turned on her music

I walked out of the door and slammed it shut. She clearly as a problem with them and I’m going to find out.

I walked to the sorority house as I calmed down in the process. I had more things to worry about than Holly.

When I got to the sorority I saw everyone outside and I walked up behind Olivia who was talking to a dark haired boy who was cute.

She noticed my presents and told me that we are just waiting for a few more people so I nodded and went up on the porch away from everyone and sat against the railing.

I was messing with my phone when I suddenly felt someone sit next to me making me jump.

“Calm down, it’s just me!” I heard a heavy Irish accent chuckle

Doesn’t he know how to leave me alone?

“Go away” I said looking back at my phone

“Are you still mad about today?”  He asked

I looked up from my phone and at him. He was wearing a grey hoodie along with a pair of baggy blue jeans with a grey snap back. He looked really good, but I wasn’t going to let his looks make me forgive him.

“No, it’s not like you made me feel stupid or anything”

I started to get up, but he pulled me back down

“I told you I was sorry” he said looked me in the eyes

“Yeah well, I’m not ready to forgive” I said standing up and walking away from him

“You are so stubborn!” Niall said as he watched me walk away

I turned around “I know” I said shrugging and walked into the crowd of people

It wasn’t long till I was getting blindfolded and being led into a car with a few other girls.

All the girls that where initiation where spilt up and put into different cars where they would drop us off.
