The next morning I awoke in an empty bed. I looked around the room not seeing much but some curtains covering the windows and a full length mirror. I sighed and hopped out of bed to put my clothes from last night back on, only to be stopped by a note that I noticed was on Elijah's pillow. I picked up the note and smiled. Hello love, sorry I couldn't be there when you woke up. There are some towels and a set of fresh clothes in the bathroom if you feel like you want to freshen up. Klaus, Kol, and myself went out for a bit, but we shall be back before the ritual begins. Make yourself and home, I shall be back soon. -Elijah. I smiled the entire time I read the note. I sighed a happy sigh and ventured off to find the bathroom. I walked out into the nicely lit corridor and journeyed off into the big manner. Little less than two minutes later I found the bathroom and the bag of clothes Elijah was talking about. I opened the bag to find one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. I smiled and set the dress down on the counter and stripped down and took a quick shower. Once I was finished I put on my under garments and looked around the bathroom for hair essentials. I sighed a happy sigh when I found a hair dryer and dried my hair. Once I was finished I smiled happily into the mirror at my reflection and and put on the glorious dress that was provided for me. Once I was finished I grabbed the towels and threw them into the hamper and grabbed Elijah's shirt and walked back to Elijah's room. I threw the shirt on the bed and and ventured back out into the manner. I wandered around the second floor corridor for a while before walking down the stairs. I walked into the living room and saw Becca sitting on the couch reading a magazine.
"Don't you look occupied." I said while walking over to her and sitting on the couch next to her.
"Quite the opposite actually. I'm quite bored." she said putting the magazine in her lap. I chuckled and took the magazine from her to read the highlights.
"Why did you even get this magazine? Even the highlights sound boring." I said honestly. Becca pried it out of my hands and put it back on her lap.
"Yes I know, I told Kol to get me a magazine to read and he goes out and gets the first one he sees." Becca said rolling her eyes. I laugh at her and shake my head. "That dress looks wonderful on you by the way. But, you need one more touch, makeup. Follow me." she said standing up and dragging me along with her. We walked up the stairs and into what I was guessing was her room. She pushed me into the direction of a chair and I reluctantly went and sat down. I crossed my legs as I saw Beckah rummage through a drawer and pull out a bag which I'm assuming was her makeup. She walked towards me with the bag in her hand and began applying the makeup. Ten minutes later and she stepped back.
"Done!" she said. I sighed and stood up and walked towards the mirror in the room. I smiled and turned towards Beckah.
"Thanks Beks." I said with a smile. She smiled and nodded and put her makeup bag back in her drawer.
"I'm back!" I heard someone call from down stairs. I smiled and walked down the stairs with Bekah trailing behind me. Waiting at the bottom was Elijah. He smiled at me and did a simple nod. "You look ravishing." he said with a smile.
"Thank you." I said smiling up at him.
"Where's Finn?" I heard Bekah ask from behind me.
"Our eldest brother is going to be the sacrificial lamb." Kol said while walking into the foyer, followed by Klaus.
"It seems that we have also been betrayed by our brother." Klaus said. I looked at the ground feeling sad and also a little out of place. This is a family matter and I feel as if I should not be here.
"Is everything okay?" Elijah asked me. I looked up at him and nodded.
"I'm okay, just worried." I answered honestly.
"We're going to be ok. Remeber, we're Mikaelsons." Elijah reassured me. I smiled slightly and nodded. I only have met Bonnie a couple of times, and in those cases she was a very nice person, she seems like she would do anything for her friends.
"Which brings us to a certain request for you." Klaus said stepping closer to me. I cocked my head to the side telling him to go on. "We want you to stay with the others. You'll be safer, plus I feel as if we should do this on our own." I nodded in understanding. I planned to stay behind anyway, if I went I would just be a worry wart, and who wants that around when you're trying to take down your brother and your mother?
"I'll go ahead and take you to the Salvatore's, we have some things we have to do before the ritual." Elijah said offering his hand to me. I took it and sighed. I looked at the other three in the room and gave them a slight smile.
"Stay safe guys. And if I know you, which I do know Klaus and Rebeckah, then you all won't go down without a good ass fight. Stay safe." I said to all of them. They all chuckled and nodded. I then walked out with Elijah. The car ride to the boarding house was silent, not an awkward silence though. Once we rolled up on the house I turned my head towards Elijah.
"Good luck Elijah. That stay safe thing I told your siblings especially applies to you." I said looking down at my hands. I felt his hand cup under my chin and lift up my head.
"Don't worry about my siblings or I. We will be just fine, I will call you when it's all over." he reassured. I nodded and gave him a sad smile. "I should get going." he said. I nodded again and got out of the car. Once I was out I waved at him and he gave me a nod and a smile then sped off. Please let them all be safe.
