Week 1: The Comeback

I'm so sorry for the late update. I just feel like shit lately and my health is not in the best state.

The week has passed since Ashton and Michael's first meeting with Calum and Luke. The four boys get along really well, and it feels like they've been bestfriends since childhood.

And since a week has passed, that means Ashton and Michael should go back to their job, doing interviews and radio shows. And their upcoming tour would be starting in a month.

Michael was a bit reluctant about going on tour, not wanting him and Ashton to get another attack, but Calum and Luke reassured him that everything would be alright. That they would protect the two of them even if it means getting hurt themselves.

And Michael couldn't be more thankful for having the both of them with him and Ash.

Michael POV

I groaned as I heard loud song coming from someone's phone, successfully waking me up in this oh-god-have-mercy o'clock. Probably Calum's alarm.

"Caluuuum, make your phone shut up. I need my sleep. Gosh, your phone is annoying. MAKE IT STOP." I yell as the phone keep ringing and Calum didn't show any movement to stop the actually good song if it's not an alarm that is coming from his phone.

"Shut up, don't yell. I'm trying to make it stop. God, where is it?!" Calum mumbled sleepily, hands roaming the night stand. I let out an exasperated sound when Calum mutter that he couldn't find it.

"Dammit, search under your pillow or something. God this is torture, why are you setting it up this early."

"I don't know, I don't remember! Ah, found it."

I sigh happily once the song stopped, nuzzling my head back to my pillow, ready to fall back asleep.

Just as I'm about to fall into a really deep slumber, I hear the door being opened and in a rather hyperactive Ashton.

Great.

"WAKE UP!!!! WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW IN TWO HOURS. CLIFFORD WAKE UP." Ashton says as he jump up and down in my bed, successfully waking both Calum and I, since we shared a bed.

"I'm up, I'm up. Geez, please stop jumping on the bed, you're making me dizzy." Calum says in his sexy morning voice. I open my eyes a bit to see him getting out of the bed, doing a little stretching that made his t-shirt ride up a bit, exposing his smooth tan skin and sexy V-line.

Whoa, what am I thinking? Damn, morning.

My thought has successfully wake me up (and get me rather hard, curse Calum Hood and his body).

Once I finished showering and getting ready, I walk to the kitchen only to find Ashton and Luke laughing softly at each other and trying to cook breakfast, Calum is nowhere to be found.

"Morning guys. Where's Calum?" I think my voice startled they both because once the words left my mouth they both sprung apart from each others. Weird.

"Morning Michael. Calum's just outside, I think his father called him to explain things, he should be here in a minute." Luke says as he flash me a dimpled grin, putting a plate with egg and bacon in it.

"Eat up Mikey, Luke and I cook it! You'll love it!" Ashton grinning ear to ear, making me a little hesitant about the food but I decided to just fuck it and eat it, and well it turns up great. Luke and Ashton definitely know how to cook.

Just like Luke said, Calum walks in to the kitchen a minute later, smiling at the three other boys and start eating his breakfast along with them.

"I'm excited to get back, but at the same time I don't. Is that normal?" Ashton asks as they drive to the place where they would do their first interview for the day.

"I think it is. I feel just the same." I tell him, fiddling with the hem of my shirt.

"I think you two would do great as always. Luke and I are secretly a big fan of Frantic Sounds, but shh, don't tell anyone." Ashton and I giggle as Calum and Luke jokingly put on a serious face and holding their index finger in front of their lips.

(Skip the rest of car ride to the interview.)

"And now give a big applause for Frantic Sounds! Welcome Ashton, Cameron, Michael, please have a seat." The interviewer says chirpily. Shaking our hands and ushering us to seat on the couch.

"So, we all heard about the attack that happened last week. What exactly happened?"

Cameron answer that question, since he's the one who knows about it because Ashton's unconscious and I'm too busy caring about Ashton.

The interview drag on, mostly talking about the upcoming tour and our new EP.

"Ah, we actually want to introduce someone to the Fam." Ashton says with a big grin.

"Yeah, we would have our bestfriends to come with us to the upcoming tour and I think it would be necessary for the fans to get to know them." I add.

"These guys are really awesome! I just met them like, two days ago, and I knew that we would get along really well."

"So, guys, please welcome our friends, Calum Hood and Luke Hemmings." I call out to the two boys who's been waiting in the back.

The girls screams totally intensified when the two abnormally good looking guys walk out to the set, flashing their biggest smile.

"Hey guys." Calum says at the same time Luke says "Hello." And I swear the girls is going crazy.

Finally the interview is over. Calum and Luke doing a pretty great job for someone who never did this before. I remember the first interview Ashton and I ever done went a bit like a disaster because we're both a nervous wreck.

"You guys did great." Cameron praise the two boys.

"Thanks man."

We all chat for a bit before Ashton excuse himself to go the toilet.

I watch as he walk away from the group to the place where the man was working with the light. Cursing lightly when some people block his way out. I then watch the man, who wobble slightly, making the lights unstable.

My body seems to froze as I watch the scene unfold, where the lights fell off the roof, with my bestfriend underneath it.
