Titania-Chan: The dates are most likely wrong, so please bear with me.

{~3 Months Later~}
3 good months past by already, and I kept my words. I didn't talk to most of the countries at all, unless for work. I informed my states about the incident in Spain, and many laughed. Especially the first thirteen. I visited most of the Northern States, and Arizona. I'm already staying with Texas for a week. One of the happy jolly ranchers of the states. I extended my stay for reasons.
I was able to tell my whole problem and side of the story with Italy, Sweden, and Finland. They understood, and are on my side. They understand my choice.
Italy is like my big brother. He experiences the same problem as me, and has trouble reading the atmosphere. Sweden and Finland, they are like parents. They told me that they would always care for me. If I had any trouble, they would always be there to help. The states warmed up to the three quickly actually. They thanked them for doing something that helped me. Shockingly, even New York! Speaking of him, he really like Italy the most.
The next world meeting is tomorrow, but obviously, I'm not going. I already have enough organizing and paperwork to get done.

I tapped my pen on the desk a couple more times. I sat on my chair in my office, trying to think of a report for a business meeting with Russia. Russia!! Of all countries!! Our presidents are planning to meet with each other and discuss business. That damn orange wants to talk to winter coat!! I swear, if he gets assassinated...
I heard three firm knocks on my door.
"Yes? Come in!"
"Hey Al!" Texas grinned, "Dinner is ready!"
I nodded and stood up, "Thank you, John."

"Soooo, dad, who was the first state you visited actually?"
"Hmm, your brother, Alex."
"Oh, big bro York?"
I nodded my head and smiled. He smiled back and continued eating.
"You scared, dad?"
"Wait, what do you mean scared?"
"Like, the whole meeting with Putin?"
"Like hell, of course I am."
He chuckled a bit.
"How's Florida by the way? Haven't got the chance to ask you yet."
"Well, he's doing a lot better. Thank god you came to him, dad."
"I know right. How coincidental."
"The nations."
"Hm?" I looked back up, and noticed Texas staring at me. "What about the nations?"
"I just want to know what's up with them." Texas looked back down at his food, "After all, the first country you will see since the incident in Spain will be Russia. I just want to make sure that they don't hurt you."
I knew exactly what he meant by that.
"Don't worry about them hurting me, Texas. What they did before was in the past. You should forget about it. But let me remind you, they don't need your forgiveness."
"They don't need our forgiveness. All of us. The entire U.S."
I smiled and nodded. "Alright."
