Sooo, As demanded by amazing readers. I'm gonna turn this book into a short story

"Yes, Mom. Let me meet him." Sanyukta smiled genuinely.

"Meri samjhdar bacchi." Anju kissed her forehead.

"Let's go then."

"You go. I'm coming in two minutes." Sanyukta said.

"Okay! Come fast." Anju left her alone.

Sanyukta took the picture and caressed it.

"I'm going. Wish me luck." She chuckled thinking as if that cute boy in the picture will really wish her good luck.

She placed the picture back in her wallet carefully.

"Yes, Uncle. Right now, I'm working in my...I mean precisely in my Dad's company as an intern. I'll be soon-" The boy was answering Kishore's every question patiently.

He suddenly stopped hearing anklet sound coming closer. He raised his eyelids just to get spellbound by the view.

He was lost in her, admiring her. Her eyes were down since the time she came into the hall. He was getting restless to look in those orbs. She didn't look up and he was getting irked due to this restlessness he ever felt in his lifetime.

At last, she looked up and her gaze met his intense one. They both felt something throbbed inside their hearts.

Sanyukta POV

"God! Why am I feeling so nervous suddenly? I was all set to meet him but now I'm feeling something-- something different. There is definitely something different about this aura.

I was all good. The moment I stepped out of my room I started feeling nervous.

I can hear his deep yet husky voice. I think he is talking about himself.

My anklet tinkled in the hall which grabbed everyone's attention especially one intense gaze making me very conscious.

I wanted to look up and lock my gaze with the burning one but I was busy blushing internally making that innocent to wait longer till the time I recover."

Randhir's POV

"I was anxiously explaining her father about my future plans. When all of a sudden an anklet sound rang in my ears and I stopped breathing for a second.

She was not looking less than a goddess, her every facial feature was a bit highlighted but by just looking at her, I can tell she was a natural beauty.

I was eagerly waiting for her to look up at me so that I can directly look into those doe shaped orbs. But I think she was unknowingly teasing me with her blushing making her appear more adorable.

I wish we would have been alone otherwise I would have pulled her cheeks without any doubt.

But thank god! I'm in my senses. Or I could have embarrassed myself.

Jeez...she finally looked up at 'me' and I think I'm the first person she looked upon here."

"Come, sit with us, Sanyukta!" Renuka smiled to ease her.

This broke their eye lock and they looked away from each other awkwardly.

Sanyukta greeted his parents and went to sit beside Renuka.

"You're very pretty, beta." Renuka praised her.

"Yes, she is." He whispered, mesmerised.

It was almost inaudible but she read his lips which exactly made her blush more.

"What do you do, Sanyukta?" Harsh asked her.

"Umm...Uncle, I'm a professor in the college." She responded.

"Very good. Teaching is a good profession. What do you teach?"

"Thank you, uncle! I teach chemistry But I prefer to teach the small kid in the NGOs. So, I go there sometimes on weekends." She looked joyous.

He smiled internally observing her talking about her profession, cheerfully.

"Chemistry...Wow. I used to dislike that subject a lot and my fiancé is the only chemistry professor. Maybe that chemistry might help our chemistry." A light chuckled escaped from his mouth and he immediately cleared his throat to cover up.

She noticed him and she giggled lightly and everyone joined her.

"I think we should let them meet alone for some time. At last, they have to take the final decision." Anju suggested and others nodded.

Their eyes lit up listening to this but they composed themselves calmly.

"Sanyukta, take him outside and take decision wisely," Kishore told them.

She stood up and led him the way.

I can't write anymore. I'm really very tired now... 😥😥😥
