"No one is there!" Kishore switched on the lights.
"But I heard some sound." Anju insisted.
Sanyukta's heart fluttered when lights unveiled his identity. Her all attention was on his face whereas he was looking extremely nervous and was peeking outside to see if they are safe here or not. He can not afford to get caught at this hour on top of that in this situation with their daughter. He couldn't let him get embarrassed for the second time in front of her parents.
"Please God, can the time stop for some hours? I know, I'm hallucinating him." She pleaded inaudibly not believing his presence thus drowning at his sight.
He still didn't register her intense gaze.
Her hands were resting on his chest. Her hands started crawling to circle around his neck as if they were not in her control.
His arms were already wrapped around her waist making her feel giddy.
She started decreasing the gap between there mouths being under his unspelled spell on her.
"There's no one. Relax now. I've checked it everywhere." Kishore said to Anju and handed her a glass of water.
She gulped down the water.
"Ohh! See that window is open. A strong rush of wind must have come and made those sounds. Sit here, I'll just close the window." He went to close the window which was near the stair alcove.
Randhir got alarmed and quickly turned them around holding her head with one hand to cover her petite frame behind him.
This movement caused her lips to brush on his neck instead of his lips which she was about to capture, unknowingly. She came out of the trance feeling his skin on her lips. She could feel his heart throbbing inside his chest. His tangy cologne was making her week on her knees.
"Let's go." Kishore said and they both paced back to their room after switching off the light.
"Thank God, they didn't go to check your room." Randhir sighed in relief.
The moonlight was sneaking from the window slightly liting the alcove space. He finally paid attention to the being whom he was holding for quite a long time. He sensed her yearning gaze on him.
She lifted her left hand and caressed his cheeks. His hands tightened his hold at her act, pulling her more close if that was humanly possible. She gently brushed her hand on his face starting from the forehead and finally resting on his parted lips. His heartbeats were constantly increasing at her innocent action.
"So plum!" She spoke in a daze.
"Sanyukta?" He uttered, transfixed.
"Sshh...let me concentrate. I know you are not for real. I missed you a lot. I don't know if you felt the same or not. I was being stupid to challenge you and I was the one who suffered. " She placed a finger to hush him. She ducked her head in the crook his neck embracing him with a sweet smile lingering on her lips and closed her eyes to feel this sultry moment.
"I know you won't be here when I'll open my eyes." She chipped and snuggled closer to him.
Randhir was clueless what was happening or what he has done to receive this ecstatic treatment by her. He thought, he noticed her mumbling something like dream and not real but he didn't get the meaning of her words.
"Why are you not hugging me?" He felt her pout.
He left those thoughts and responded to her hug. He started caressing her hairs with one hand while smiling at their proximity.
"I missed you. But you didn't." She uttered and yawned.
"I missed you more." He replied and kissed her hair.
He closed his eyes and rested his head on her head feeling the purity of the moment.

They were standing there for more than ten minutes when he jolted up his eyes.
"Sanyukta" He whispered but in return, he heard her soft snoring.
"She slept?" He tilted his and looked down to see her actually sleeping completely leaning on him.
He bent down and picked her up in his arms, careful enough not to break her peaceful slumber.
He quietly advanced to her room. He placed her on the bed, covering with the quilt. He smiled looking at her and kissed her forehead. He had the strong urge to taste those sweet parted petals. He licked his dried lips and chided himself to even think something like that.
He got up and searched for her mobile but didn't find it in the room.
"Ohh, yess! She dropped it in the hall." He remembered.
"Oh Shit, Thank you so much, God, her parents didn't find her mobile." He said and held his head.
He went down and messaged himself from her cell and deleted the sent message from the phone.
He placed the phone on the table and left from the window he entered.
"I never thought I'll ever go to this extent and the irony is I got her number from her phone only." He chuckled and drove back to his house.
