Andrew's POV

I'm on her side, holding her hand, waiting for her to wake up. I'm watching her sleeping, this angel endured the pain of giving birth for six hours in delivery room. She's such a strong woman, I admire her braveness and the love she have for our children.

(Flashback)

At the park, 8:25 a.m

"Just stay there, I'll buy you an ice cream" she nods as she sits on the bench where I told her to stay. We heard the sounds of the ice cream vendor's bell. Emie told me to buy ice cream for her.

I pace towards the ice cream cart and the vendor smiles at me.

"Combination?" she inquired. I don't understand what she means of combination. I just furrowed my eyebrows and stare at the ground.

"Your wife likes combination of flavors" she utters, I really don't understand and how did she know about Emily's likes? I just nod and she scooped three flavors piled in a sweet cone. While taking the ice cream from her hand. I heard..

"Ah!! Andy!!!" I felt an adrenaline rush when I heard her screaming. I saw a transparent liquid streaming on her legs, she's holding her stomach and crying for help. The ice cream dropped from my hand and I rush to her place, lifting her with all my force.

I rush her on the hospital, the nurses puts her to a stretcher. I never took away my hands from her, she's crying because of the pain she feels.

While we're on our way to the delivery room, I notice her tears falling while she's looking at me. I don't know but those eyes illustrates happiness which overcoming the pain.

The doctor asked me if I wanna go inside, ofcourse I want. I want to be on her side, this is the time that I need to be on her side. She needs me.

(End of Flashback)

"Andy" her voice snaps me from my deep thought.

"Emie" I respond. I tighten my grip on her hand, she's scanning the whole room, probably looking for our babies.

"They're on the nursery. Don't worry, everything if fine, they're okay" I whisper as I kiss her temple. The door suddenly opens.

"Emily!" Cyndie immediately run towards Em, holding a basket of fruits. She hugs Emie so tight, they're like sisters and I'm happy them, they have an unconditional love for each other.

"Omg Em! Congratulations!" she said. But before Emie speaks, the door opens again.

"Comgratulations!! Andrew and Emily!!!" whoah! all of them are here. My parents, my in-laws, friends and employees. All of them congratulates us. They brought cakes, fruits, balloons and bouquet of flowers.

"Where are the my grand children?" My Mum-in-law inquires.

"Andy please bring them here. I want to see them" As what I always say, what Emie wish is my command. So I approach the nurse to bring my babies on their mother.

We waited for five minutes and then when the two nurses enter the room, they're holding two babies clothed with pink and blue blankets, we can now easily identify who's Andrea and who's Emmanuel.

"Oh my gosh! she looks like me!" My Mum says.

I stood up immediately to glance on my babies, the nurses put them besides Emily.

"Andrea looks like Emily" my Dad opposed. My Mum covered his mouth. They're like teens when they argue.

"Wow, they are so beautiful" Emie utters.

"Because your beautiful sweetheart"

"Thanks Mum" she replied.

Emily's eyes are the brightest! It's not easy to bear and labor two babies, while she's screaming, panting and crying, my heart is also weeping as I see her in pain. Now, all I can see on her face is so much happiness and success.

Everyone in the room is looking at the two angels..I mean three angels on the bed. I appreciate their efforts and gifts. We all eat together, I feeds Emily with soup while she's busy staring at her babies.

I announces our upcoming party for our new born babies, it will be in our house, next week. Everyone is invited, we love celebrating especially the huge blessing we're receiving.

Our parents agreed to stay for one more week and that's really a good news for us. They will stay in our house to guide and help Emily to take care our babies. They will help her to know everything she needs to know about motherhood while they're in the country. Emie is very glad about it and we're all both excited.

This is what I dreamt before, to have a complete family. I'm the happiest man alive! I'm so in love with my angels. They are my life and my strength.
