Emily's POV
They say, mother is the first teacher of every children. I remember when my Mum told me that the first thing I'd learned was clapping. Well, that's kinda weird because she said I only clap when I'm hungry. Maybe for me, that's a signal for begging milk from my Mum. What if I'll start teaching my angels some easy gestures? their Dad will be happy about it. I put my twins on their chair, their eyes are darted to the banana on the table. Hmh? I think this is a good idea. I took the banana and hold it infront of them, they are giggling, oh my gosh! the cam!
I turned on the camera and place it on the table.
"Now Andrea and Emman, listen to Mommy. okay?"
I need to think something they could learn quickly.
"You want this banana? do this first" I wave my hand infront of them and they're just staring at it.
"My cute babies copy your Mum's gesture" I hold their hands and wave it in the air. They laugh as I did it to them. They're enjoying!
"Do this one" I wave my hand again like saying goodbye
"Bbye little angels"
Oh my gosh they're waving their hands by theirselves.
"Yehey! very good! and because of that, I'll feed you this banana!" They formed a big smile from their lips while I peel the banana, this is amazing. I should think of another gesture. Hmh...
"Babies look at Mommy, can you clap your hands like this" I clap my hand and Andrea imitates me right away.
"Woah! Andrea! very good honey. Come on Emman, clap your hands as well" Andrea keeps on clapping but Emman is just staring at her.
"You can do it baby boy" I held his hands and bumped it together, Emman giggles, I think he was amazed by his self and finally he's clapping with Andrea.
"Wow! my babies, you're really cute. I'm gonna die, your Dad must watch be here to watch the both of you.
"When I say bye, you wave your hands like this huh but when I say clap, you do this" I demonstrate to them the gestures I taught awhile ago.
"Bbye!!!" whoaaaah! they actually waving their hands by themselves. Good job babies, you're both genius like your parents.
"What about, clap clap clap?" they glare at each other, waiting for someone who'll do it first. I laugh hard because their facial expression is really priceless. I clap once to remind them how it should be. Then they started clapping.
"Very Good!!" that's enough for today, they need to learn it little by little.
I miss Andy, he promise to go home early today. Two hours to go I'll see my husband again, I can't live without his presence. When my twins fell asleep, I also had the chance to sleep but only in our couch near their cribs. After one and half hour, I was waken by some loud but cute claps. Oh gal! they're clapping without my command.
"You're both silly huh? you woke your sleeping Mommy" I thought I can have atleast two hours sleep, my babies just did a nap and so am I. While they're on their moods, I change their clothes and diapers.
"Alright! you smell like heaven again my little angels"
I heard the door opens, my twins suddenly giggles and they're wiggling. Awe! When finally Andy appears on their sight. They clap their hands continuously.
"E-Em! they are.." I laugh when I saw him speechless, he even dropped his bag as well as his jaw. While our twins are still giggling while clapping towards their Daddy.
"Whoah! it's... whoah! My babies can clap now"
Of course they have a very good teacher and because they are very good students.
He kisses each of them on their foreheads.
"How about their mother?" I asked. He hugs me first then kiss me with full of passion. Aha! I know what this means.
"Hmh.. Andy, look at our twins, they're watching us!"
Andrea and Emman still staring at us
"Gosh! they can easily copy what they see from other people" I said.
"Hey, listen to Daddy. It's just how Mum and Dad greet each other. It's not suitable for babies like you" Andy scolds, they still have blank face and it made me giggle because of their grimace, they perhaps got it from their father.
"Come on Em, help me to make these angels fall asleep, so that we can uh..spend time with each other" He mutters.
I guess it right. No need to make alibi Daddy.
"But they just woke up before you enter the house"
"Huh? seriously?" he look back to our babies who are now glaring at him. Emman waves his hand unto Andy and Andrea did the same.
"Hey, I'm not yet leaving. How did they know these hand gestures Em?"
"Apparently I taught them" I handed him the video, he sat on the couch beside me and we watch it together. Andrew's happiness as he watch our twins enjoying their short gesture lessons made my day. I told him a lot of stories about our babies and we didn't notice that they already fell asleep. Again? Andrew rolled his eyes on me. Those stares Andy.
