It's the end. The result is 70.2 kg.
Now, my breakfast was donuts yeeeey! And u know what? You only want to eat that badly when you can't. That was good as usual, but not as good as I ate when I made the diet.
Experiences: This is not that bad, just sometimes u feel like you can die bc of the hunger. And, it's working.
I'll continue doing that: apple for breakfast and protein shake for lunch. But dinner will be normal food. I think this is fully okay.
