3. Getting closer

Like this few days went away , all this while Manik observed Nandini very keenly

All the while Nandini would rag people, insult them and sometimes the situation would be so worst that the victim would leave the college and in the lecture she will either be focusing on the board or either looking outside of class towards the garden which was out of the campus area but still visible from the class . That garden was full of life and hustle bustle . You can see all stagesof humAn(an infant to an old person) there enjoying in their own way . He tries to chuck this thought a lot but it keeps on budging him

In this time period Manik was safe from Nandini there were two reasons

Number 1- cabir

Number2- his growing closeness with maddie

Actually once maddie went somewhere and his car broked . He was badly stuck there and the timings of garage was over so owner denied to work even when he was offered more money (and his guards were also not with him)

And this became a problem for him because he need to be somewhere, it was quite urgent or else he will be danger because his father won't leave him and even that area was having network issues so he can't call for car or cab and at that hour of night that place was almost quite public vehicles were nowhere to be seen

When maddie thought he can't get out of there suddenly Manik appeared in the scene

Both of them saw each other and were quite shocked

Mad: what are you doing in such a secluded place at such hour of time Manik ?

Man: actually I work in this garage and now my working hours got over so I am leaving for my place and what are you doing here ? I mean like this??

Mad: yep actually my care broke and the stupid owner of this garage is not checking it, even I offered him more money but he denied to help . I need to go somewhere it's really like really urgent and even the network is not there so I am screwed badly

Man: Ohk

Mad : hey man like you work in this garage can't you help me? It's a humble request plz

Man: ok I will. Come let's move to your car and see what's wrong

Mad: ya come

And then Manik helped him and he reached wherever he want to on almost time

Even in Clg too he saved his life by once saving him falling from a staircase and by once saving him getting collapsing under the giant book shelf

After all these incidents maddie and Manik developed a nice bond . Like they were neither enemies nor that much good friends

After few days when Manik was coming back from his workplace he saw a very bad accident had took place and when he got to check who were the injured persons then he got to know it was maddie and his two guards

Manik's pov

Oh shit it's maddie and his guards , they need treatment as soon as possible. I need to get them hospitalised as swiftly as possible

So he get them hospitalised in the nearest hospital as soon as possible and did all the formalities 

Manik called his mother 

Ma: hello ma , I won't be able to come home tonight actually my one of the friend got into an accident and I hospitalised him now until he won't gain his senses I can't be able o come home . So I am staying here tonight 

Mo: ok beta but please take care of yourself and have your dinner 

Ma: ok ma I will and you too take care of yourself self And have your dinner 

Mo: ok beta you too have something and take good care of your friend also and inform his family too

Ma: ok mom I will once he wakes up I will 

After almost three hours maddie gains consciousness 

Maddie groans in pain which awake the sleeping Manik 

Man: hey are you fine? Wait I will call a doctor or nurse first 

Manik calls the doctor , he came and check him 

Man: how's he doctor?

Doc :ya he is fine , injures are not that much serious he just need to have medicines on time and rest for few days

Man: ok so when will you discharge him?

 Doc.since the injuries are not that much bad he will be discharged till next morning 

Man: thank you doc 

Doc:my pleasure young man

Doc to maddie: you got a really good friend else nowadays even blood relatives don't does that much for each other whatever this boy had did for you . Now you rest and I will take your leave 

Mad: thank you Manik but how did you found me and got me here?

Man: actually when I was returning from my workplace I saw you and your men were lying injured on the road and needed urgent medical help so I took you here and did all the formalities 

Mad: thanks a lot , it really means a lot now this maddie is your bestest friend and won't let even a scratch on you 

Man: that means a lot maddie but now you need to ready and I think we should inform your family too

Mad:no need I will be discharged in the morning. I will tell them once we reach my place or else they will just freak out unnecessarily 

Man: ok take rest . Good night 

Mad: good night and again thank you

Man: hey it's fine

and next morning when he got discharged Manik dropped him at his place

And afterwards that both of them became the bestest friends of each other and even Nandini too started to interact with him as maddie asked her to do so
