Laal Ishq- Vrushan Short Story

UNION(part 1)

I am back with the update. I promised that I will update this by yesterday but due to some reasons I couldn't but, but here is the update.

So this is the last chapter of this story/book which I have divided in two parts. This part is shorter than the next one. The whole reason behind this is the length. It was getting too lengthy and I am not fond of writing lengthy updates... :p

Any ways please bear with any sort of mistakes- spellings or grammar, as I have not proof read it.

and what else ya about the cover picture please use your imagination skills and imagine them in wedding dresses.

There were no lights in the room than the dimmed ones and the ones which were due to the candles lit in the room. The room defined another beauty in its own. It was well decorated but not over decorated. Simplicity poured when one sees it. There were rose petals spread on the bed. Big bowls of water had candles floating on it. The moonlight entering from the window, falling on the floor was making the whole view more beautiful.

She stood there tracing the whole room. She was lost in the beauty of the room. Her eyes fell on the table beside the bed. It was a photo frame which contained their photo. It was one of the photos which were taken while they were shooting for the laal ishq song sequence. A small smile appeared on her face remembering that day, the day when they confessed their love to each other.

She walked the whole area and stood near the window with her hands placed on the windowsill. She was remembering their journey from the time they met for the first time to now. She smiled remembering it. Her smile becomes wider when the flowing breeze hit her face. She closed her eyes taking in the moment.

Pair of hands traced it way around her waist and held them tightly, pulling her back towards his chest. He placed his chin on her shoulder and said "I love you" she blushed and replied "I love you too." He turned her to face him. She was looking down, not able to look at him. He lifted her face with his hands and made her look at him.

She looked at him shyly and he smiled at her innocence. Breaking the silence he asked her "what are you doing here?" she looked at him blankly and said "nothing.. just remembering some good old days." "ohh!" he replied.

He held her hands in his and was continuously looking at their hands. She looked at his face and then their hands and finally asked "kya hua?" he looked at her and replied "kuch nai. It's just that I am still not able to believe that this finally happened." He spoke all this with happiness dripping voice. She could see how happy he was but decided to play "not able to believe? What are you having second thoughts Shantanu?" she said in such a manner as if she got a big shocking news. He looked at her instantly as he was shocked about the fact how she interpreted his words. Seeing her stern face he started "No Vrushika absolutely not. Why will I have such feeling? Listen to me I love you and only you. So never, never ever have a feeling or thought that I am regretting my decision because I will never." Determination could be clearly seen in his words and that was the time when Vrushika knew she had taken it a little too far.

To compensate she kissed him on his lips for a micro second and hugged him tightly. He was stunned by her moves, first the kiss and then the hug. He hugged her too. She still in the same position said "sorry." "Sorry? For what?" he asked her. She getting out of his embrace said "I was just trying to play.. joke around. I knew that you will never regret your decision and I.. I messed up.. I am sorry, I am really very sorry. And I know you must be angry so I kissed you too to compensate." She said all this while fidgeting with her fingers. At first he got annoyed of the fact how could she make fun of his feelings but later when he heard about the compensation thing he just couldn't help than smile and adore her.

He pulled her in a tight hug and said "how can I stay angry when I have got a wife like you. Oh Vrushika you are so cute." She giggled in his embrace and he held her like that for couple of minutes. "And don't worry I have my own ways of taking revenge." He said and she made face but replied nothing.

Suddenly after sometime he called her name out "Vrushika" "hmm" she replied. They were still standing hugging each other "Don't you think you should have been sitting on the bed like it usually happens and wait for me?" he asked with his eyes glinting as he knew how she will react to his statement. She opened her eyes wide and with sharp jerk separated herself from him and turned to the other side. Totally predictable Shantanu spoke to himself and smiled meekly on her action.

He came near to her and spoke in her ears "what happened Vrushika?" "vo mai vo.." she was fumbling with words, not knowing what to reply. To ignore the whole situation she decided to move when Shantanu held her from back and pulled her towards him and spoke "don't you even think of escaping today." He said this to her in a low voice and turned her sharply towards him. They stood facing each other.

Okay I know this is short.. only around 850 words..

but the next update will be longer and sooner too..
