It was 7:30am. Henry finally woke up still with a rag on his forehead tho it was no longer cold so Henry took it off his forehead and set it down next to him. Ray was still watching some tv when he realized Henry was awake.
*turns around*
Ray: Hey how you feeling kid?
Henry: Meh could be better...
Ray: You ready to stand?
Henry: I don't think I'll be able to
Ray: Remember I'm here to help you not hurt you.
Henry: I know
Ray: I've got the brace and crunches let's get going
Ray first "scooped" his injured knee to his side of the bed then the other praying he wouldn't accidentally bent it. He then helped Henry sit up and then start putting the brace on putting it as tight as he could but not too tight.
Ray: Im gonna help you up first then I'll give you the crunches ok?
Henry: Ok
Ray: If you feel any pain tell me.
*Henry nods*
Ray begans to slowley holding Henry wrists helping him stand up telling home to put all his wrongheaded on his other leg. Henry giving it his all As he starting easing him up Henry paused.
Henry: Wait! Gimme a sec.
*Begans panting*
Henry: Wait.
Ray: I'll wait. As long as it takes.
Henry: Ok go.
Ray begans tasing him heigher Henry starts giving a reaction
Ray: You wnat me to sit you back down we'll try again.
Henry: No! I want to do this Ray.
Ray: Henry seriously if you can't do it sit back down we'll try again later it's your first try no pressure.
Henry begins to tell him off
Henry: Please Ray I want to do this! Let me do it! Please
Ray: Henry if you are in pain I'm asking you sit downi
Henry: I'm not! I'm promise
Ray begins to help him again even higher keeping my a close watch at his face reaction. The minute he stood tall he immediately sat back down.
Ray: Hey
Henry: Ray is I'm in any pain at all don't sit me back down.
Ray: No Henry.
Henry: Pain or Not i want to stand. Please!
Ray: Fine. Let's go again
Ray begins pulling him up slowly once more the Henry stops once again.
Henry: I'm sorry I'm going.
*Henry says panting*
Ray: No pressure remember.
Henry: Go.
Ray begins pulling him up further.
Henry: Stop.
*Henry twists his head to read to let out a silent gasp*
Ray: You ok?
Henry: I'm feeling a lil pain
*Henrys eyes began watering but didn't dare to let a tear drop*
Ray: You sure?
Henry: Yes. Go.
Ray then pulls him up further up then Henry begins grasping Rays arms.
Ray: Here take them trying "walking".
Henry took the Crunches and slowly started hoping around trying to gain his balance.
Henry: Ray.
Ray: Yea?
Henry: Im...Im Lightheaded
Ray: Come Back before you fall.
Henry: I...I.
*Henry falls backwards*
Ray manages to catch him before he hit the floor and put him back on the bed.
Ray: Oh Kid.
