With one finally wave, I shoot a web and Y/n flys.

We were going back to the hotel when Peter stops.

"I have to get something I'll be right back" he says. I float to the ground and he runs to wherever he's going. A few minutes pass and he comes running back with his backpack.

"Sorry I forgot I webbed this to a tree" he says. We make it to the top of the roof and he unzips his bag. I pull off my mask and he does the same.

"How does your hair still look amazing" he tells me. I look up and see that his hair is messy.

"What, your hair looks cute" I say. He gives me a sheepish smile, I walk over to him and I run my hand through his hair. "A bit sweaty but still cute" I say.

"Well you look flawless" he says. I blush a bit.

"Why thank you kind sir" I say in a posh voice.

"Uhh here's my sweater and your pants" he says handing them to me. I thank him and put them over my suit. He puts on his jacket and pants. 

"Ned just texted me saying that we are leaving right away, so are you going to take the bus" he says.

"Nah, It's fine, I can probably get Happy to pick me up once you're all gone" I say.

"Wouldn't he be mad" he asks. I shrug my shoulders.

"What happened today is probably on the news so they probably already know" Peter understands and nods his head.

"Well I should be going, everyone is going to freak" he says while pulling his hoodie over his head.

"See you tomorrow at school" I say.

"Yeah, see you tomorrow" he says. He looks back at me and I smile at him. I move my hand gesturing him to go. He lets out a short laugh and leaves. Once he was gone I sit down and sigh. I turn my phone on and saw that I have many miss calls. I sighed even more. Most of the calls were from Tony. I unlocked my phone and dialed his number.

He answered on the 3rd ring.

"Y/n where the heck are you" he says.

"Well I said I was going to be spending the night at a friend's house" I say sheepishly.

"Yeah but not in DC, oh and you're on the news. You and Spiderboy saving the day" he says.

"I know, I know. But I need a ride back home" I say. I hear Tony sigh.

"I'll have Happy there as fast as possible" he says.

"Thanks"

"But what the hell Y/n" he says out of the blue. "You staying over at a friend's house is okay, but no you lied to us and were staying at D.C. with Peter" he continues.

"You know I can take care of myself" I say.

"Y/n, I know that you don't have to keep reminding me, but you can't do this anymore. You shut off your tracker, then the next thing I see is you and Peter are saving people from the Washington Monument. Pepper and I were worried, what if you got hurt, what if you never came back" he says.

"Look we saved people from dying you should be thanking us" I say a bit aggravated. He goes silent for a moment then sighs in defeat.

"Okay, kid you did good. Happy's on his way, but we need to talk about you taking off that tracker" is all he says before hanging up. I walk around D.C. and see that there are still firetrucks and police at the monument.

I get a text from Happy saying that he's at the back of the hotel waiting for me. I quickly fly back. I was walking to the back of the hotel when I hear someone.

"Y/n?" I turn around and was face to face with Michelle. I froze.

"Hi Michelle" I say with a little wave. She looks me up and down.

"You know I'm actually not surprised you're here" she says. I let out a short laugh.

"Yeah, I heard about the monument and came to check up on yo-" I was saying but she cut me off.

"Cut the crap, I know you're the superhero or whatever Nymph" she says. I look down. Well there goes my identity.

"Look Michelle, you can't tell no one" I quickly say.

"Well I don't really care and have no intention of telling anyone" she says. I smile at her.

"Thank you so much" I say. She nods her head, and turns around to leave, but then the stops.

"By the way you can call me MJ" she's says, then she continues to walk away. I sigh a relief and walk to the back where Happy is waiting. I see the black car and I get in the back.

"Gosh what took you so long" he says driving away.

"Sorry, I forgot something" I say. The rest of the car ride was silent and I even ended up falling asleep. When I woke up we were pulling in the driveway of the tower. I get out and make my way to the door. I open it and see Pepper sitting on the couch. She runs up and hugs me.

"Tony is in the kitchen" she says breaking the hug. I nod my head and make my way to the kitchen.

"Tony" I say peaking my head into the kitchen. He was sitting at the table drinking coffee. He looks up and mentions me to sit next to him. I slowly walk over and sit in the chair in front of him.

"Look Tony I don't need a tracker anymore" I blurt out. "Also I've been on worse missions so you shouldn't worry"

"Yes I am aware of that, but on those missions we knew what you were doing" he says. I cross my arms.

"I'm fine on my own" I say. He lets out a scoff.

"Of course you are, but I'm still worried about you" he says.

"Why are you so worried about me" I say.

"Because, I made a promise to protect you" he says. I fall silent. We sit there for a few more minutes, I take my mask out from my pocket.

"I've always hated this mask" I say throwing it on the table. Tony looks up at me shocked.

"Why?" He asks. I shrug.

"I want something new, I wanna show my face. I don't wanna hide behind a mask" I say.

"I'll see what I can do" he picks up the mask and walks away. I walk to my room and fall back on my bed.

"What a day" I look down and realize that I still have on Peters sweater. I take off the sweater and my pants, then remove my suit. I put on some gym shorts. I look at where the sweater is and contemplate on putting it on. I sigh and neatly fold it, planning on giving it back to him.
