"Fucking bitch!" I screamed in anger, jumping up from my bed. I panted with relief as bullets of cold sweat slid down my face. Uncomfortable goose bumps formed on my body from being twisted in these freezing sheets. It was only a... Nightmare.
Shit... I almost hate life, almost. Some people just fucking, ugh! The things that run through my mind at night. Damn stress. A throbbing, piercing pain knocked at my cranium. I slowly took deep breaths to try to fend off the headache. I sniffled and wiped my cold nose on my sleeve, even though it wasn't runny. I cocked my head towards the small digital clock and saw 3:42 glowing in bright red.
I sighed. I don't want to go back to sleep. I'm too scared of this dre... nightmare recurring. I quickly made the decision to remain awake. Sure, I'll be tired as shit in a few hours, but I'll just drink a Monster. I don't really care at this point. I walked to my dresser and unplugged my phone off its charger.
A small notification box popped up. It was a text from 7 hours ago. I clicked the view button and felt heat rise in my cheeks. The message read it was from Kellin, with a heart right by his name."Well you never showed up and I don't know what this means, but I'm gonna go ahead and go home. :(" Holy shit! I fucking forgot?! What did I do?! Go home and fall asleep?! Fuck!
I replied back fast with anticipation. "Oh my fucking god I am so sorry, I totally forgot and I just woke up. I hope you're not upset and I don't know if you're awake but I am so sorry..." Tears formed in my eyes. He probably never will agree to meeting up with me again. Shortly, my phone beeped.
"Yeah I'm up, couldn't sleep, but it's fine :) no biggy. Maybe you'll remember next time we stay together after school lol." I smiled, becoming more relaxed as I plopped back onto my bed and awaited his reply. There will be a next time.
