We packed up our supplies and stuff. We packed it all into the RV, Jeep, and van. Then Morals and his family gave us heartbreaking news: they wouldn't be going with us. They wanted to go the other way, and find their own people. Maria hugged me and Sophia. She gave her doll to Sophia. Carl and Joseph fist bumped, while Morals and Rick shook hands. Their mom hugged all of the women. Then, we headed out. I rode in the RV with Carl and his parents, Andrea, Jim, and Jackie, and Dale.
About halfway there, the RV gave out. Dale needed some sort of tube to make it work again. Jackie came out and said, "Guys, it's Jim. It's bad. I don't think that he can take it any more." Then she rushed back in. Rick went in to talk to Jim. He came back out a few minutes later, and said that Jim wanted to stay. So, with much stress, we got him up the hill and against a tree. Everyone said goodbye, and then we left.
