Taylor's POV

I've woken up maybe the second time already for the day and Liam is still I'm the same chair, with his head down and his arm supporting it. I've been in the hospital for a over a month and my last surgery is tomorrow.

My arm has completely healed and I finally don't have any bruises. It's just me and my broken leg.

The medication makes me always tired and I'm pretty sure I've slept more than a bear during hibernation. Sleep through the night, wake up, eat and fall back asleep to wake up for lunch and more meds to once agin fall asleep until dinner time where I eat another shitty meal from the cafeteria, I throw it up because my stomach hates it and then I fall back asleep just to do it all over again in the morning.

"Hey, you ready for lunch?"

"No." I grumble and Liam chuckles, standing up and handing me a packaged meal, "please, I beg of you. Leave me and go to McDonald's. Eat for me. Don't suffer"

"Don't over exaggerate, it's not that bad" he smiles and takes a bite of the sandwich, scrunching his nose after his first bite, "okay maybe that's bad. But they say you can't eat anything else"

"Please. Liam for the sake of everyone in this hospital. Go to McDonalds"

He groans and pulls out his keys, "I have to make sure Austin is here to watch you if I wanna leave." He looks down the hall and signals Austin, "what do you want"

"The whole menu" he chuckles and shakes his head, "fine, I want the chicken nuggets and a diet coke"

"If I get in trouble for this I'm killing you"

"That's okay, they'll probably need my meat for meat Mondays in the cafeteria" I joke

He rolls his eyes and walk out when Austin walks back in. "How's the leg?"

"Being a leg. Straight and all"

"Still can't bend it?"

"I haven't bent my knee in 6 weeks" I frown and lift my leg over the cover, staring at the full cast, "tomorrows surgery should get my ligaments back in so I can start physical therapy and even go home"

"Good, hey dad called and said everything is set when it comes to our insurance and costs"

"Oh so he can pay the bills but he can't visit me?"

"He's on a business trip" he defends

"I haven't even gotten a phone call from him" I retort back, "I haven't even talked to him since Christmas"

"Well, he's still asked about you"

"Doesn't matter" I grab the cup of water and sip through the straw, "you got my test in right?"

I've been having to go through home schooling since I was admitted into the hospital and Louis comes by with my work and teaches me the lesson. Thanks to him I now all all A's. I have never had all days even if I had perfect attendance in school, but thanks to Louis, this is my best year yet.

And I haven't see Harry since the night I saw him and he walked out. No one says anything, even if I ask about. They all just look to the ground and change the subject. I just want to see him, that's all. I don't want anything else; well maybe my chicken nuggets but I would kill just to see Harry again.

Liz told me that he's now back at school and miserable for some reason but she couldn't finish the sentience before Louis came into the room. Why would he be miserable if he was the one to leave me? Shouldn't I be the miserable one?

Well I am, being stuck in a hospital every second of everyday with the agonizing pain of not knowing where Harry is or why he left that night in the first place.
