"you what?" jeno was dumbfounded. he had head stories of soulmates seeing each other in their dreams. but he never believed them.

jaemin smiled at the shocked expression on jeno's face. "yeah. i saw you in my dreams. how do you know me?"

jeno thought. he didn't want to scare jaemin away. his past can be a lot to handle sometimes. "i saw you in my dreams too. what was i like in yours?"

"depressing, yet beautiful."

"how so?" jeno tilted his head.

"you were addicted to pills, i was sort of like your guardian angel i guess. what was i like in your dreams?"

jeno widened his eyes. "funny, in my dreams you were my guardian angel."
