Recap: lance and Keith are mates but lance is scared of hurting Keith and thinks Keith hates him for that accident a year ago. Keith feeling neglected chooses to mate with a native of the planet in order to let go of the pain.

I feel guilty for marking Keith and tossing him out but In reality I love him and I wasn't in the right state of mind at that time. I wish I could fix it.
Coran told me that if we don't face each other soon, he could mate with another alpha; but every time I try talking to him. he flinches or growls at me, He walks away from him with a pained expression displayed or he's asleep in the training deck.
I'm enjoying myself at the party the natives of planet Xian. I try keeping a close eye on Keith but I lost track a time as the natives ask me questions and if I had a mate and that brings me back up and look around to find Keith as the natives wish me luck on actually becoming mates. Keith is no where to be found but I can see the team and the expression they have is what worries me. I feel a slight tough but I simply ignore it and straight to them.
