Lance has a feeling about Keith and goes to look for him but when he reaches the group he receives terrible news about keith. Worried about his mate dying he runs off to find him.

The look the natives give me, have me almost sweating. I ask around if they've seen a marked omega with another alpha.
The opening and closing of doors are so nerve wreaking it has me shaking not knowing if I was too late to save him. I fall to the floor as tears fall. I feel a slight tap and look up wiping my tears. A small child may be a child of a worker points to a general direction and without asking they nod and give me a sad but hopeful smile that there is still hope. I jump up and spirit in that direction.
As I round the corner I see a tall figure about 6 ft tall standing outside the door of a room. Keith smell is so strong it has me dizzy. I shake it and hold on. I know he's the one that was with keith because he has keith's scent all over him. I need answers.
"you must be lance, the mate of the red paladin?" I give a slight nod not answering clenching my fists and teeth before it gets ugly real fast. " it's been a couple of seconds, hurry before it's too late. Tell him how you truly feel and mark him again to strengthen the bond. Make sure that he does the same." and with that, he pats my shoulder and walks away turning the corner to the right. I turn my gaze to the door and relax before I go in.
