"I told you, it was my moms car. I swear. I wasn't stealing it." The young 17 year old begged as officer Andrews escorted him to a cell.
"Yeah sure. Take it up with the judge." Danny said as he closed the cell door and locked it. He released a tired sigh. It had been a long day for him and all he wanted to do was go home. But he still had five more hours of work left before he gets off.
Danny opened to door to his office, looking at all the piles of paperwork and case files on his desk. He took a deep breath and sat down in his chair.
Daniel Andrews: 34 years of age, Single, No kids, Blond hair and chocolate brown eyes. 6'3 with a fit body. Danny lived in an apartment on Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY in the Outpost Club apartment buildings. He worked at the New York Police Department down the street. The drive wasn't too far, maybe a 25-30 minuet drive --including traffic. A/N:(If this is incorrect, please tell me. I'm from Georgia and have only been to Brooklyn, NY once.)
Danny was just about to open one of the case files on his desk when his walkie-talkie that was resting on his shoulder went off. The sound of his boss's voice echoed through the office. "Andrews, I need you on patrol on Flatbush Ave." Chief Carl Brown told him.
"Copy that." Danny responded. Setting the file back on his desk, Danny stood up and began making his way to his patrol car.
Once he got the street he needed to be on, he made one round of the street, looking for anything suspicious or out of place. Driving up to the Shop & Shop store, he saw a blue Nissan that was parked a bit too far into the road. He pulled over to the side, got of his vehicle, and went inside the store.
His voice boomed through the building. "Who here drives a blue Honda CRV?" He announced.
He waited for an answer, but when he realized he wasn't going to get one, he repeated himself. "If you're driving a blue Honda CRV I need you to move your vehicle immediately or it will be towed." Everyone in the store has stopped what they were doing and stared.
A short grey-haired woman, who looked to be on her late 70's, waddled up to the police officer and asked what the problem was. "Is everything alright, officer?"
"No, your car is in the way of the road. Move it." Officer Andrews grunted. Old people like her should even be allowed a license. He thought to himself.
"Oh, I am so sorry. I'll go m-" The old woman began to say, but was cut off by a very offended and indignant young woman.
"You have absolutely no right to speak to her that way, officer!" The woman stepped forth from the crowd. Who is she to tell me what I can and cannot do? I am an officer of the law and my job is to make sure everyone follows that law.
Officer Andrews smirked. "Darling, I can do whatever I want." He boasted as he began to walk out of the building and to his car.
"You should go and apologize to that woman. She did nothing to you!" The young woman followed Danny out to his car.
"She wasted my time." With that he got in his patrol car and zoomed off making the young woman's jaw hit the floor at his rude attitude. How can someone be so rude and inconsiderate? She thought.
She walked up to the old woman after she got out of her car. "I'm so sorry about that, ma'am." She, Luna Suarez, kindly helped the woman back inside the building.
Luna as a 26 year old, Black Mexican, single, no kids, curly black hair, brown eyes, 5'2 1/2 with a curvy body. Didn't believe in any violence or inequality whatsoever. Loves to be creative. She is a very kind hearted and soft spoken woman, but if you are rude or disrespectful to her or someone else, she will blow up on you like sizzling grease from a pan full of bacon. She stood strong to her beliefs.
Luna lives with her parents, Andrés and Jazmín Suarez, on Parkside Ave. Her parents raised her to be a respectful, kind, humble, and honest person. And for that, she is forever grateful of her two loving parents.
She works as a cashier at the 'Shop & Shop' store, making $8.50 an hour. Enough to pay for her phone bills, taxi fees, clothes, food, and help out with other bills.
I hope that jerk has a lesson taught to him one day. Luna rolled her eyes at the thought of him disrespecting his elders.

Danny drove home later that evening, once his shift was over. As soon as he got home, he undressed and went to the bathroom to shower.
What was wrong with that woman today? She had no right to speak to an officer of the law in that tone. She needs to know her place. Women should respect and obey men. Danny thought to himself.
After a fifteen minute shower, Danny turned off the water nozzle, and wrapped a towel around his waist. Dragging his feet to the kitchen, he grabbed a bag of Doritos and plopped his body on the couch. He turned on the television. A rerun of PowerPuff Girls was playing. He flipped through channels for about ten minutes until he decided to turn off the TV seeing as they weren't playing anything interesting.
(A/N PowerPuff girls is bomb, btw)Today was Friday so Danny would be off work for the weekend. Which meant he could catch up on a weeks worth of sleep. So that exactly what he did.

Okayyyy.... sooo what do you think about chapter one?
I apologize if I got some things incorrect. Like I said, I'm not from New York. I do t know anything about it.
But, stand by, because once I get past all the boring introductions and start of the story then, it's going to get good.
Hope you guys like it! Enjoy!
