Chapter 2: please?

"Did it go good?" Lora said walking to the swings
"I guess I mean she did take the cookie so that's good." I said looking at Lora happily
"Wait what are you thinking about?" Lora said scarily
"What if I give her my homemade cookies everyday and if she tales everyone Mabey we can start sittin with her at lunch and become the best friend group ever!" I said about to explode with happiness.
"Oh Noe, seriously your taking some serious risk." Lora said sitting on the swing looking concerned
"No I'm not I'm just making friends." I said standing confidently.
"Okay I'll tell you what if we become friends with her I'll be more positive about things seems fair?" Lora said looking down at the ground.
"No Lora don't change anything about you you are perfect just the way you are." I said patting her on the back.
"Thanks Noe." Lora said smiling at me
"Anytime buddy." I said going to the other swing.
Today flew by quickly I finished all my schoolwork and some homework during free time in classes. Then I grabbed my bike quickly said hi to the teacher and the janitor. Then I rode my bike home. No one was home again so I put in the code to our house garage and got in through there. Then I got straight to work on the cookies and cream cookie. And once it cooked I put it in a nice baggie and into the fridge.
"What a day Noe, what a day." I said going up the stairs to my room.
"Oh fudge nugget I almost forgot to make dinner." I said running down the stairs into the kitchen once again.
"Hhhmm... I'm thinking some homemade lasagna." I said grabbing all the ingredients for the lasagna.
It took a while but once I finished my mom and my older brother opens the door looking really tired.
"Oh my gosh I had the worst day at work it was so tiring and Jana kept on-" my mom said before I inturupted her saying
"Language mom."
"Sorry sweetie how was another day of highschool?" My mom said laying on the couch putting on some tv.
"It was good as always mom."I said putting the lasagna on the table.
"Oh I forgot to cook dinner again!" Mom said getting up real fast.
"Don't worry mom i made it... again." I said putting plates our for all three of us.
"Sorry honey I know for the past year you've done this but I promise I'll do a better job of doing it." My mom said walking over to the kitchen.
"Its okay mom really I love doing this." I said smiling at her.
"Your face says otherwise weirdo." My brother Mason said making a evil grin.
"Whatever mason just come on and eat." I said holding up the knife.
"Jesus Noe, it was just a joke." Mason said protecting his face.
I rolled my eyes and laughed a little saying
"Bro, it's to cut the lasagna."I said pointing to it.
"Oh you made lasagna! Sick dude I live lasagna." Mason said grabbing his plate holding it out to me.
"How was football? I said cutting him a piece of lasagna.
"Awesome we won 56 to 27." He said as I handed him the lasagna and he stuffed his face into it.
"Good job bro." I said smiling giving him a high five.
"Here you go mom." I said handing her a plate.
"Thanks dear tomorrow can we have you homemade pizza that would be amazing."my mom said sitting down grabbing her fork and knife.
"Uuumm sure mom." I said a little upset but trying not to show it. It just sometimes felt like I was being the parent ever sense... well the incident.
"Oh and please remember you need to bake cookies for the new neighbors the secret cookies would be good." My mom said about to put some lasagna in her mouth.
"Wait how many cookies am I gonna make?" I asked concerned.
"20 would be good." My mom said cutting another piece of food.
She looked up at me and as a mother she could tell something was up.
"Please honey, for me." She said smiling clutching my hand.
"Of course mom I'll do anything for you." I said smiling at her happily.
It's true i would do anything for my mom. Besides my brother she is all I have left.
