Being one of the Brooks (Janoskians Fan Fiction) - Chapter 7

I walked home with Jai and Luke, which was pretty weird because they nearly always got the late train. Well, at least they could help me choose out an outfit for the movies. I couldn't believe it was friday already! Sarah totally ignored me all week, surprise surprise! Bronte and I are a lot closer because of it, though. Beau said he'd pick me up after the movies and drop me off at Bronte's to sleepover. Our first ever sleepover together! We planned it all in Maths last period. We're going to have a movie night, then tomorrow we're going to go shopping! A fun filled weekend to end a shitty week of school.

'So who wants to help me pick out an outfit?' I announced as I walked in to our house.

'Nice to see you too!' Beau smiled, walking up to say hi to me, Luke and Jai.

Luke rolled his eyes, 'I think i have some homework to finish, or something,' 

'Yeah, me too! Year 11's pretty hard, Lee!' Jai smiled.

I looked at Beau, pleadingly. 

'Don't look at me, I don't know how girls dress!' He said, kind of scared.

I laughed, 'I hate all of you!'

I walked into my bedroom and threw some random clothes onto my bed. 'Too dressy, too casual' I muttered, throwing clothes all around my room. 

Luke peeked his head into my room, 'Holy shit! Was there a hurricane in here, or something!'

'I can't find anything to wear!' I whined.

'Why don't you just wear shorts?'

'But I'll look like I haven't gone too any effort!'

'Fine then! Wear a dress!'

'But all my dresses are either too short or too dressy!'

'Oh my god, girls are so difficult!'

I smiled, 'But I seriously need something to wear!'

'Well I'm sorry I can't help you, I obviously don't know fashion!' as he stormed out of my room, but knowing Luke he was faking angry.

I finally decided on a flowery skirt, a blue singlet top and my black vans. I applied a bit more makeup and I was ready to meet Sam.

'Beau Beau, can you drive me to the movies?' Walking over to Beau, who was on his laptop in his room.

'Sorry Lee, me and the boys are going up to the shops!'

'But you knew I had to go to the movies!'

'Well we need to go shopping!'

I looked at him, 'You? Shopping? I thought you were the one who had a tantrum in Coles because you wanted to go home and watch tv?'

He glared, 'I was 5! And yeah, I need new stuff!'

'Sure, sure! As long as you don't interfere with me at the movies!'

'We would never do that, why do you think we would do that?' He grinned, evilly.

'Because you have ruined about every other date I have gone on! That's why!'

'But we want to meet Sam!'

'If you do, I will swear to God like murder you and the boys!'

'Haha! I'd love to see you try, you're so cute!' He said, reaching over to squeeze my cheeks.

I backed away, and glared. 'I'm watching you!'

He laughed.

Well I no longer had a ride, so i had to catch a bus to the shopping centre.

I arrived at the movies around 4:45 and went straight to Greater Union.

Straight away, I saw Sam. I walked over to him, and gave him a hug. Oh my god, he was so gorgeous! His eyes looked extra beautiful today! 

'How are you?' He asked.

'I'm good. Had a shitty week, but this is nice! Then I'm going over to Bronte's!'

'Cool! Me and my mate Jake got a detention!'

I asked why, and he told me the story. I wasn't really listening though, I was more starstruck that I was actually at the movies with him! He was so amazing, I didn't feel like I deserved this perfection.

We talked for a bit more, then decided to actually go buy movie tickets. Then I saw my brothers, plus Skip and James, heading towards us. Oh god!

'Hey Lee? Who's this?!' Jai yelled, as they walked over snickering.

I glared, 'Piss off!' i mouthed.

'Is he your boyfriend? Have you kissed yet?' James laughed.

'I hate you so much James,' I said, before he hugged me. 

'The janoskians?' Sam asked, kind of bewildered by the sudden appearance of the five boys.

'Yes, now would you five kindly piss off!' I said, kind of half angrily.

'Nah, we thought we'd come watch the movie with you guys!' Skip grinned.

'Yeah, that's fine with me!' Sam smiled.

I was shocked, what kind of sane boy would ever say yes to letting my brothers join our date? I mean, it was obvious they were up to no good. Well I guess Sam doesn't know the Janoskians yet, and he's gorgeous so who cares? I guess i'd go with it, I mean my brothers aren't that bad.

We decided on watching Ted, because me and Luke were dying to watch it.

I hoped to God nothing would go wrong, but it was my brothers so of course something did. Skip decided it would be hilarious to run around the isles pretending to be a three year old. Jai and Luke started singing really loudly. James started throwing popcorn at me. Then Beau started chanting 'kiss!' (obviously aimed at me and Sam), and the other four joined in. I was so pissed at Sam for saying yes. 

As soon as it ended, I marched out of the theatre without saying goodbye. I knew my brothers could be annoying, but that like crossed the line. I was so angry!

'Hayley! wait up!' I thought it was one of my brothers, so I was about to yell  abuse at him until I realised it was Sam.

'! am so, so sorry! They are so embarrassing! I can't believe they did that!'

He smiled, 'Don't worry, I couldn't care less! They were just being funny!'

"But they just don't get when enough is enough! I am so sick of their shit!'

He looked into my eyes, and then all of a sudden he was kissing me. And I kissed him back. Instantly, everything was so much better.

'Do you want to be my girlfriend?' he whispered, and I nodded. I was so happy. Everything that my brothers did suddenly didn't worry me anymore.

'Please tell my brothers I'm getting mum to take me to Bronte's. I don't know if I can talk to them yet,'

He smiled, 'Sure! But we have to go out again, without your brothers this time!'

I smiled, 'Of course! Bye!'

We kissed again.

I then called mum, so waited at the food court for her to get my stuff for Bronte's and to come pick me up.
