I sighed as i saw all my textbooks at my desk and decided to revise for a few hours. I couldn't stop thinking about Gray, i needed to see him again. I haven't dated in 7 months after my toxic relationship with my ex, he was abusive and when i caught him cheating with one of my school mates i had enough.

I got revenge by hiding itching powder in his underwear before the night of our school party. He couldn't help but itch his sack infront of everyone. He knew it was me as i was smirking in the corner, eye rolling him.

"Before your dumbass self decides to cheat on someone, i would think of the consequences, looks like your desire for cheating isn't the only thing thats aggravated,". Those were the last words I've ever said to him.

I heard heels coming from downstairs and chatting which I knew meant that the guests had arrived. You see, my dad has this dating app which is very popular, its called tinder. I don't get the point of it though, i'd rather know its not a 69 year old man behind a screen texting me pretending to be a 19 year old.

I have quite a lot of arguments with my parent about it but theres nothing I can do about it as it isn't my company. When i was younger I wanted to take over my dads company but now I don't think its really my thing. Now I really want to become an architect and design houses all over the world, help other peoples dream come true and do what I really love doing - designing.

I got off of my bed and decided to wear something nice to go downstairs with, these clothes aren't appropriate at all. I looks through my huge walk in wardrobe to look for something, tbh I didn't really understand why i needed a big one, i preferred casual comfy clothes to fancy ones.

I skimmed around and found a simply navy dress with a gold belt. It flowed nicely to above my knees. I brushed my hair quickly and put on some deep lipstick. I quickly looked at myself in the mirror and nodded. I walked down to the kitchen and smiled at all the guests. They dressed so elegantly just for dinner. I helped set out the table and get the food ready.

"Oh my Violetta (my moms name) your daughter is so polite you need to send her off to get married soon!" Said one of the ladies in a high pitched annoying voice.

I chuckled awkwardly and turned to my mom she gave me a glare which kinda was a you better not day anything rude back or you're going to be in trouble glare. She smiled back at the lady and replied,
"Only time will tell,"

The dinner itself was amazing and my dad was negotiating with another business man about expanding the company and advertising it more. The chat afterwards soon turned informal as some of the ladies were talking to me about school and jobs.

Randomly a woman with ridiculously drawn eyebrows blurted out "So Audrey have you eyed out any rich men yet?" I thought about all the posh opening parties and ceremonies Ive been to and how all the men were so stuck up and full of themselves and how much I detested them.

I then thought about the few minutes i was talking to Grayson, he was so genuine and sweet, he looked good too. I took a sip of my sparkling water while everybody was looking my way expectantly,
"Only time will tell,"
