Jusaan

I kept saying the most stupid things to Sage. Like talking about his deceased little sister, or letting him know for being a player he's an ass.

I don't know where my sudden bravery came from when he kept putting down himself. I grabbed his chin ever so lightly and made him look into my eyes and let him know that things will be okay.

Susie's passing affected everyone, him, his parents, me and even my mother ( that says a lot ). It hit Sage really hard, he was fucked up for months. He's doing better in regards to the drinking and smoking but fucking random bitches to be " distracted " isn't going so well.

I'm worried Sage won't ever stop whoring around and we won't get to experience each other in the way I want us to.

Shit.

It just hit me, he's been placing his ding-a-ling in so many places I wonder if he has STD's. I'd literally be broken if he has something as serious as AIDS. I wouldn't scorn him, definitely no, but we wouldn't be able to have a family and be intimate with each other.

Now, I'm sad and I'm guessing Sage is seeing that.

" Hey, hey I know Susie's death affected you too. How about let's watch something or do something to get our minds distracted. " Sage said to me a with a sad smile slowly turning into a hopeful one.

" Okay, " I replied back to him. Yes, I'm sad about Susie, but Sage really needs to buckle up, like literally keep his pants buckled. He grabs my hand again, everytime he holds it I can feel the tingle travel to my scalp down to the sole of my feet and I loved it.

This boy makes my heart grow fonder for him and he doesn't even have a clue.

I look to see the time on my phone and it's 6:52, Becca would've been here by now. Sage leads me into their den and I see a whole bunch of project supplies. A geek's playland I would say. Instead, he leads me away from the table and things with the supplies and plops us down unto coach.

I watch him in confusion as to why we are sitting and not working. He catches on and says to me, " We can't start without Beccs, can we now? " I look to him and nod checking the time again; 6:54. When 7:01 hits I'm definitely phoning her.

I see in front of me where a coffee table is positioned the remote for 60" screen nicely seated on it. I grabbed and turned it on, flicking through the channels. It was exactly at 7 when I heard Sage's phone ringing.

" And she gon' shake it, like a red nose

Li-li-li-li-like a red nose

And she gon' shake it, like a red nose

Like a, like a, like a red nose "

Ironic that he has his ringtone of a celebrity with the same name as is. Anyways, Focus Jusaan, who the hell is calling him. I glanced at the phone and saw " Homegirl Beccs, " on the screen with a picture of her with her nose pulled up so she looks like a pig.

I felt a pang in my heart that she didn't call me instead, but I'm gonna look pass that. Sage shrugged his shoulders and picked up the phone, and also placed it on speaker. He probably knew I would feel left out.

" Where the hell you at? You're late, " Sage said at the phone.

Her voice came out weak and I looked at him in concern when she said, " I'm sorry, I'm not feeling too good I won't be able to make it. "

" Is it just a lil flu? I can make you a nice chicken soup and  Sage and I  can drop it off for you. " I said to Becca.

" Juju, I don't think your chicken soup can cure my sickness. Anyways guys I really need to get some rest, Love you both! " She replied back to us and hung up the phone.
