"YOU DID WHAT!?" Amy exclaimed with wide eyes, "No way you made that deal. You hate the fairytale world." Rose sighed as she watched her rampaging friend. It had been a week since the meeting with her grandmother and she was now explaining the situation to her friends. She had already talked it over with her parents and uncle. Though they weren't happy either with the situation she was putting herself in, they had given up on day 5. Anyone knew that when Rose Anderson set her mind on something, there was no stopping her. Plus, it was clear as daylight to everyone that she was right, when she said this was their best option. They all knew from the start, that doing roundabouts and checking up on villains wasn't a permanent solution. The idea had been to try to secretly renovate one of the old abandoned houses near the woods. No one ever went back there. The problem had been money. Even though George's parents and Amy's family chipped in and from time to time helped out, wasn't enough. With the villains outnumbering them, new ones joining their world each day and Vicky happily stirring chaos each week, it was impossible to be at the right time in the right place. Even though she and her friends spent most of their free time fighting villains, it wasn't enough. In addition to keeping Earth save,  they had to go to school, study and do homework. The only reason why Rose had any friends outside of their little group, was thanks to the drama club, that she always seemed to squeeze into her tight schedule. Maybe she had time for a party once every six months. All in all, she, her friends and their families were overworked and needed another solution. This deal was the ultimate solution. If the fairytale world stopped sending their villains to Earth, they wouldn't have to protect their planet anymore. Her friends and their families could finally have the regular Earth-life they always wanted. „Look, I talked it over with my parents. I'm going to Regal Academy, but next to that I'll do some courses off the internet to pass the exams for college. I mean I'm pretty fast learner. Besides the stuff we'll to do at Regal Academy is so easy. I've looked through the spell and potion books my mom had, when she went to that school and it's not even half as difficult then I been doing for years," Rose tried to convince her friend of her decision. Amy sighed, „I give up. You're right as always. But we'll miss you at the drama club." Rose walked over to her friend and gave her a comforting hug. „I know and I'll miss you guys so much during school hours, but we can meet each other during the weekend, since we actually have some free time now."

****Five days later****

Rose walked down the street with her mom and dad in tow. Rose was pulling a big suit case behind her and carrying a duffle bag. Cinderella had insisted that since Rose had such high demands in return for attending Regal Academy, Rose should spend two nights a week, Sunday and Monday night at the Cinderella castle. Today she was bringing some essentials with her to the castle. When they reached the alley, where the gate was, they saw Travis and LingLing waving at them. Since Rose's mother was still banished and Rose's father had no clue about the fairytale world, Travis offered to show her the way to the Cinderella castle. Apparently LingLing also decided to tag along. "Hi, guys," Rose grinned and gave both of them a hug. „Hi, Rose," LingLing smiled, „Nervous about your first night in the fairytale world." Rose huffed, „No, there are worse things I could be doing on a Sunday night." The other two teens chuckled. Rose turned back to her parents and hugged them goodbye, „Bye Mom and Dad. See you Tuesday." She had already said goodbye to her friends and Max yesterday, since they were all quite busy today. „Bye, dear, say hi to Mom for me," her mother said in a sad voice. Rose bit her lip. Even though she hated her grandmother for what she and the other fairytale heroes had done to Earth, she understood why her mother did still care about them. They had been her teachers, her friends and Cinderella was the one who raised her. Rose made sure not to complain too much about the fairytale world in front of her mother, since Rose knew to would hurt her. „Just remember your karate lessons when a boy's flirting with you and absolutely NO BOYFRIENDS," her dad added. Rose laughed, „Don't worry, Dad. There's no Prince Charming in that world that I'll fall for." „That's my girl. Bye, Sweetie." Rose looked back at Travis and LingLing. Travis had opened the gate and he and his girlfriend were walking through it. Rose stared through the entrance to the fairytale world. She felt her heart beating in her chest, just like the first time she had to go through when she was returning the glass slippers. She took a deep breath and walked through the gate. On the other side Rose tried her best not to admire the castle that was supposed to be her new school. No matter how anti-fairytale she was, she still admired castles and thought they were awesome. That's when she heard flapping. She looked up to see a turquoise dragon with diamonds decorating its body. It landed right in front of them and boomed, „Welcome to Regal Academy, Rose Cinderella. I am the Cinderella guardian dragon and I am here to fly you and your friends to the Cinderella castle, where your grandmother awaits you." Rose's mouth dropped open. She had known there were dragons, she had known they could speak, since she read about them in her mother's old school books. She had a glimpse of them, when she had snuck through the gate years ago. But she was still stunned by the magnificent beast that stood in front of her, its eyes staring at her, sizing her up. Suddenly a human hand was waved in front of her face. Rose blinked, escaping her trace and looked at LingLing. „Rose, you alright? You were gone for a second." Rose scratched the back of her back in embarrassment, „I'm just not used to seeing dragons up close yet." Travis laughed, „Don't worry. It just takes a little getting used to. I remember when I first came here when I was ten, I wasn't any different from you." "Now that we've settled that, let's head for the Cinderella castle. Headmistress Cinderella might not be as strict as Professor Snow White, but she does hate tardiness," the Cinderella guardian dragon said. The teens nodded and one by one they got onto the dragon's back. Rose tightened her grip on her duffel bag, while Travis promised to hang on to her suitcase. Once everyone was seated, the Cinderella dragon took off into the air. Rose gasped as she hung on to the dragon. She was surprised by sudden gust of wind in her face. She felt like she was on a rollercoaster ride without seat belts. She was quite worried that she was going to fall off, so she clung to the dragon's back as tight as possible. The others laughed. „What do you know, the great Rose Anderson is scared of dragon riding," Travis chuckled. „How on Earth can you guys be so calm!? We're, god knows how high up, in the air without anything to strap us on to the dragon." „It's not our first time," LingLing grinned, while watching her friend.

****1/2 hour later****

After 15 minutes Rose had got used to the dragon flying and she was actually enjoying it. She wasn't even holding on anymore, her arms now stretched out above her, hands trying to reach the sky. „This is so cool!" she cried with joy. That's when she saw a big, bluish castle with a golden C on the front. "There's Cinderella castle," the guardian dragon announced. Rose stared at the castle in front of her and thought, "So that's where Mom grew up. She wasn't exaggerating about the size." When they landed, Rose saw the blonde woman at the entrance. "Welcome, dear, to your new second home," she announced, "You can bring your friends in, to help you settle in." Rose looked at her friends with begging eyes, so they nodded and followed the two blondes into the castle.

Rose couldn't help but gasp at every room they saw. No matter how much she hated the fairytale world, these rooms were magnificent. The ballroom was enormous with three giant crystal shandiliers. Cinderella's shoe museum was Rose's dream shoe paradise, with each shoe that she could ever imagine in its own glass case, sitting on a velvet cushion. Finally they came to Rose's official guest bedroom. It was about three times larger than her room back on Earth. There was a princess like double bed with a dozen white and hot pink cushions embroidered with gold thread. The blanket was white with hot pink roses on it. There were five other doors  beside the entrance to the hallway. "That door over there leads you to your personal balcony," Cinderella explained, pointing at the glass door opposite of them, "The door to the left leads to your own bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. The three to your right are your closets. One for shoes, one for clothes and one for random things like books, pens and so on. I'll let you settle. Dinner is at 7:30. Please be punctual. On the bed is your uniform for school. Put it on for dinner please." With that Cinderella left the three teens in the bed room. When she was gone, Rose let out a whistle, "I might not be her biggest fan, but I've got to say Cinderella sure knows how to decorate a room, even a bedroom." She ran over to her bathroom to check it out. The floor was decked with marble tiles. There was a giant tub that could easily fit to grown ups and opposite to that a big shower. Then she ran to her bed and started jumping on it. "God, this is the most comfortable bed I've ever had," Rose sighed as she let herself fall on her back. "Be careful, Rose. You don't want to ruin your new school uniform before your first day," LingLing warned as she grabbed the clothes off the bed. Rose laughed, "Don't worry. I'm sure Cinderella won't mind me having a crumbled blouse." "I wouldn't be so sure about that," Travis voiced, "You're now the next heir to the Cinderella throne. Everyone expects nothing but the best behavior and appearance from you, meaning your clothes and style will no longer go unnoticed." "You sure?" Rose asked, while sitting up, "I mean most people know I've been living on Earth for all my life. Surely they understand that I'm not yet accustomed to their culture." Travis shook his head, "On the contrary, people will be criticizing every decision you make. When people realized that there was no longer a suitable heir for the Cinderella throne, they've been discussing about replacing the Cinderella throne with another family throne. Of course it's better if the family thrones are never switched out, but there has to be six great fairytale family thrones that are each seated with a proper descendant. There has been quite a competition between the fairytale families to be part of the great six. The Pinocchio's have been very pushy and don't get me started on the Broomstick's." Rose's eyes widened, "You mean as in Vicky Broomstick?" Her friends nodded. Rose swung her legs to the side of the bed and put her head in her hands. "What have gotten myself into?" she muttered to herself.
