THIRD PERSON.

it's been a couple days and johnny can say that he has felt better. he's walked out the hospital room, opening up the presents that were left around the room. he opened up the window one time to get some fresh air, at this point he was ready to go home and live normally again.

everyone that were important to him had visited him. his entire family, the friends that mackenzie mentioned. and even mackenzie herself showed up, but he overheard nadia saying that mackenzie doesn't want to see him so much anymore.

makcenize thinks that she'll get over the pain of him forgetting her easier. he still remembers when mackenzie told her that she was his ex girlfriend. it became more awkward especially when johnny asked if she was still in love with him. mackenzie nodded, embarrassed. after that day, mackenzie only visited sometimes. all the times she visited johnny had been asleep.

he knew she was planning it perfectly so he wouldn't have to see her, nadia had told annie a little too loud about it. he felt guilty that his ex girlfriend was still in love with him, he clearly didn't know much about her so he couldn't say he liked her too. but johnny knew that her voice, personality and everything else was perfect. he definitely can see himself dating someone like her.

johnny felt trapped inside the hospital room, after knowing that he had been in a coma for 2 weeks, it seemed more lonely than he thought. more questions came up in his head, which made him think more.

it was around the time nadia mentioned to annie that mackenzie would come and visit johnny. so, he pretended to be asleep and see what would happen during it. at this time would be when he was told to rest, meaning he had to sleep.

and mackenzie always came around this time nadia said. not feeling tired at all, he curls up in the hospital cleaned covers and shuts his eyes closed. he waited there before the door opened and some shuffling was heard.

something was placed down on one of the tables inside the room. then silence. he could hear some footsteps getting closer to the hospital bed, johnny wanted to open his eyes and see what she was doing.

he then heard some sniffing. "i wish you knew how much i want you back. to hold you, kiss you. everything. i really missed you but i guess i blew my chance." mackenzie scratched the back of her neck.

johnny wanted to hug her, tell her that it's gonna be okay. and that maybe he feels the same way for her. but he couldn't. he can't play her like that. he barely knew her and he didn't want to just right away tell her that he loved her when he knew he didn't.
