POV: Leo Valdez

When I heard that Ladybug and Cat Noir are in NYC, I flipped.

When I heard that Annabeth and Percy met them, I flipped even more.

When I heard that Annabeth and Percy brought two mortals into camp, I stopped flipping.

"Can we hurry up and have the meeting already? I need to find out where Cat Noir was last spotted so I can track him down!" I complained.

Annabeth rolled her eyes at me.

"Whats so funny?"

"Leo, just chill, okay? Stop fangirling already and please shut up! I'm trying to listen!" Kylie Miller, a co-counsler from the Aphrodite cabin, snapped at me.

"Hey, it's not my fault Ladybug ran from you when you were trying to get an interview for your Demi-Blog!"

Did I forget to mention that we're not the greatest of friends?

"Oh, yeah? Well, she was about to transform!"

"Mmm hmm," Me and Kylie were glaring at each other, nose to nose. "At least my powers haven't killed anybody." It came out of my mouth before I could even think about what I was saying.

Kylie stared at me, her jaw clenched and tears threatening her eyes.

"Oh. Kylie, I didn't mean-"

"Just to let you know, James was saving me. But your right. It is my fault he died,"

A silence fell over the room.

"Kylie, it's not your fault. He chose to-"

Kylie slammed her fist on the table. "Can't you just shut up for once, Leo?! I... let's just start the meeting already, ok?" She slammed her head on the table in frusteration.

"Anyway..." Annabeth continued, with one worried glace at Kylie, who was refusing to meet anyones eyes. "I'd like to introduce all of you to Marinette Dupein Chang and Adrian Agreste, to mortals who we have invited to stay here at camp."

Annabeth sat down as a boy and girl stepped forward.

The girl had her bluenette hair pulled back in childish pigtails, her bluebell eyes scanning the room shyly. She bit her lip nervously, shuffling her feet. She wore a pink shirt decorated with flowers, a long sleeved navy blue jacket, pink leggings, and black dress shoes completing her outfit flawlessly, giving her a Paris style. A pink purse lay harmlessly over her shoulder.

The boy was blond, his eyes green and his outfit simple.

Okay, he looked like a model. His smile was kind yet annoying in some way, and I had the feeling that he was famous for something.

"Your Adrian Agreste! The whole entire Aphrodite cabin was swooning over your perfume ad this morning!" Piper shook her head in disgust and disbelief.

"If only they were here," Kylie shook her head, smirking and taking a photo of him.

Adrian was obviously embarassed, and the girl turned a little red, glaring at Kylie.

Hmm.  Someone has a crush.

"Yeah... that's all my father," Adrian sighed.

"Anyway..." The girl said, breaking the akward slence in the air. "My names Marinette, and your probably wondering why there are two mortals at your camp for cdemigods. Well, we... I... gah," Marinete stuttered as she noticed everyone staring at her, blushing. Adrian laughed.
