Audrey.

We, finally, pulled into his garage. He parked the car and took the keys out. Then, he tried to leave, quickly. I grabbed his arm. "What did I do?" I asked. He looked into my eyes. "Whatever I did, I'm sorry" my voice cracked. "I didn't mean to. I just don't want you doing this to me. I'm sorry, okay? Is that what you want? An apology? I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you if that's what I did" I felt tremendous amounts of tears falling down my cheeks.

"Just please ... "

Jake pulled me into his arms.

"I'm sorry" I said again. He rocked me back and forth. "Don't cry. Nothing's your fault, I swear" he said. I felt myself calm down a bit more. "I'm not mad at you" he said.

"I'm just .... " he paused and sighed. "I'm sorry" he said calmly.

Jacob

I watched her sleep peacefully on the couch. I smiled. She looked so beautiful when she slept.

Shit, what am I saying? Why do I even like her? I shouldn't. She doesn't feel the same way. I'm practically wasting my time.

I saw her move around a little. Like she was about to wake up. I didn't wanna seem like a creep that watched her sleep, so I started to walk upstairs.

But, then I heard her voice. "Jake?" it was still raspy, considering she just woke up from a nap. I stopped. But, I didn't turn around.

"Were you watching me sleep?" she asked. "Um .. " I tried my best to avoid the question. I walked into the kitchen. "Hey, do you want me to make you something to eat?" I asked.

She got up and walked into the kitchen as well. She smirked. "It's okay if you were. It's not a problem" she said. "I wasn't watching you" I denied.

She laughed. "Jacob, I'm not crazy. I swear, I won't think you're creepy. it's actually kinda cute"

"Really?" I asked.

She nodded. "I've never met a boy that liked to watch me sleep"

"You look beautiful when you sleep"

She smiled. "You're such a dork" Then, she came towards me and gave me the best hug of my life.

Her hair smelled really good.

At this moment, I didn't care if she liked me or not. I'm just glad I can hold her. I guess that's a start..?

"I love you so much, Audrey." After about a few seconds, I gasped. I didn't realize what I just said.

She pulled away a little and looked into my eyes. "What?" her voice was soft. "Nothing .. I just .. It was nothing" I said.

She didn't take her eyes off of me. Her mouth was slightly opened. So, I'm guessing she was shocked. Or disgusted. Who knows?

I cleared my throat and we pulled away. "I think I'll be going up to my room now."

I know he didn't say what I think he said. And the way he said it sure didn't seem like he meant he loved me as a best friend.

"You .. love me?" he stopped walking. He didn't turn around. He just stood there. I walked over to him and got in front of him. He was looking at the floor.

I smiled and lifted his head up. Then, I wrapped my arms around his neck and put his arms around my waist. "What are you .."

"Shhh" I placed my finger on his lips. Then, I leaned towards him. And he leaned towards me. We both, glared at each other's lips. We got closer and closer. And then-
