Chapter Six

-AnnaMarie's-

Sense we arrived in the afternoon i put the boys down for a nap. After doing that I went down to Ethan's office to talk.

Once at the door to the room I knocked politely.

"Come in..."

Hearing that I turned the knob and walked in. I saw Ethan behind his desk and saw Tony the guy from lunch in a chair in front of said desk.

I closed the door behind me and sat in the remaining chair next to Tony.

Ethan

"The boys all good?"

AnnaMarie

"Yep...so shall we start the conversation now?"

Tony

"You have balls little girl to talk to an alpha like that."

Ethan

"Tony..."

Tony

"Why are you even here?"

Ethan

"I was wondering this as well...your kids are obviously alpha babies so

their father?"

AnnaMarie

"Their father is a cheating scumbag who waited till after we were married and had three children. To pick a new luna long after marking me as his mate."

Tony

"Why would he do that?"

AnnaMarie

"I honestly have no clue. Such an asshole...I should have just gone home like i was supposed to..."

Ethan

"What do you mean?"

AnnaMarie

"Nothing....It's nothing..."

Ethan

"Okay then... Anyways could you tell us who your mate is?"

AnnaMarie

"Ex mate. when I found them i rejected him. His name is Trent Matthews"

Tony

"The Columbine Pack?!"

AnnaMarie

"Yes...why so shocked?"

Ethan

"You rejected the alpha and took the children from the third most powerful pack in America...and here you sit calmly."

AnnaMarie

"I knew that already. Sheilia said this was the strongest pack on this continent so she said y'all would be fine."

Ethan

"Thats another thing. How are you so friendly with our queen?"

AnnaMarie

"She's my best friend...i've known her a long time.."

Tony

"Did you know her when you were a child?"

AnnaMarie

"You could say I was still young i suppose? But to most I was grown already..."

Ethan

"Whats that supposed to mean? The queen is thousands of years old yet your younger than me!"

AnnaMarie

"I am not exactly what I seem Alpha Ethan. You would do well to remember that."

Tony

"If thats true then why join our pack?"

AnnaMarie

"Sheilia is too busy to teach my kids how to be wolfs...and i am and have been many things but a wolf is not one of them. I need someone to do that for me."

Ethan

"And you picked our pack for that job?"

AnnaMarie

"That and i needed someone trustworthy to care for them after i am gone... i wont be here forever by my choice or not..."

Ethan

"And that means? what?"

AnnaMarie

"I suppose by now you have realized i am not human yes?"

Tony

"I knew it!"

AnnaMarie

"My life span is different then any on the face of this earth. I have been born countless times over and over again due to a curse. But originally? I am what is called an immortal..."

Ethan

"A Vampier?"

AnnaMarie

"Kinda...but I lived long before them or any race that has home here on earth.."

Tony

"what are you then?

Ethan

"An angel? demon?"

AnnaMarie

"That shall be my secret for now. The thing that troubles me is that my boys have regular lifespans of a werewolf so. You can see all the reasons i want them raised in a pack for..."

Ethan

"Indeed i can see them. Very well welcome to the Shining Pack."
