Chapter Seven

Six Weeks Later...

-AnnaMarie-

I had left the boys at the pack house to go do some shopping with Tony. He was their to push the cart and other such things.

I parked in a Walmart lot and we got out of the car.

Tony

"So what all did you need to get?"

AnnaMarie

"Well, the boy's birthday is in a week so i thought id get stuff and presents?"

Tony

"Why didn't you say anything?!"

AnnaMarie

"I honestly had forgot..."

Tony

"Wow...just wow.......anyways what are we getting?"

We entered the store and began shopping...

AnnaMarie

"Four large cupcake tins and four small cupcake tins...you know for regular and mini cupcakes?"

Tony

"Ok and what else?"

AnnaMarie

"Cupcake liners, powdered sugar strawberry and vanilla extracts/flavorings, butter,flour,milk,oil,eggs, frosting pipes and tips, cake pans, sprinkles, candy letters and candles and white and milk chocolate chips."

Tony

"Ok and the presents?"

AnnaMarie

"The boys- Adam and Kevin wanted new soccer and footballs..."

Tony

"And Jackson?"

AnnaMarie

"He wanted a Baby doll and more stuffed animals..."

Tony

"...."

AnnaMarie

"He is a very very feminine child..."

Tony

"Are you sure he's a boy?"

AnnaMarie

"I don't know why don't you tell me? You gave the boys a bath last night did you not?"

Tony

"Heel woman heel! I was only joking!"

AnnaMarie

"I know. I just feel that my baby will grow up an hate that he was born a boy..."

Tony

"Are you scared he'll be gay? Cause that's not cool to hate on gay people!"

AnnaMarie

"Dude no! Thats not what I meant! Besides I already know he will be gay when he grows up... he acts just like a friend of mine did at his age..."

Tony

"Then what?"

AnnaMarie

"You already know how many times wolfs get rejected by their mates because they don't want to admit their gay... I just don't want Jackson to think their was something wrong with him just because he didn't have the right parts..."

Tony

"We'll cross that bridge when we get to it?"

AnnaMarie

"Jacksons already had the baby crushes that children get... His brothers were more into girls but Jackson liked a friends little boy more...."

Tony

"Anna- it will be okay. Okay?"

AnnaMarie

"Maybe your right... just cause it happens to a lot of wolfs doesn't mean it will to Jackson..."

After that we continued shopping and went home.

Ethan helped us bring shit in. Tony put the birthday stuff away while we took the toys to Ethan's room to wrap.

He raised an eyebrow at Jackson's gifts but stayed silent. somehow half an hour later all the toys were wrapped and sharpied with the correct child's name on them.

We stuffed them all into the back of his huge-ass closet.

The boys were up by then and Tony had a hell of a time keeping them occupied. When we came downstairs they were out front and Tony was in his wolf form and Adam and Kevin were in his back while Jackson was sitting on the ground petting his head.

When Ethan and I got near them we couldn't hold it in any longer and bust out laughing. we laughed so hard we were holding onto each other for support.

This of course drew the attention of other pack members who when seeing Tony and the boys. Promptly started laughing as well.

Life seemed perfect.
