Witch!Olivia concept, though I might change her outfit and color scheme but still. I kind of imagine her having a Kiki's Delivery Service fused with the witches of Summer Camp Island(an adorable Cartoon Network show I highly recommend if you like Steven Universe and adventure time) vibe but also having a classic witch vibe too, I don't think I fully captured the vibe though...but I hope you like it!
