A/N: this is NOT part of the book, just a lil' peek at a new book I'll be writing.
I don't think there's enough Jemmy x Readers. He's a neko in this book, I thought it was a good idea and also thought it'd be cute. So here we are, enjoy!

James' POV
I was walking side-by-side with Thomas, my best friend. He was ranting about another argument with Hamilton, I sighed and rolled my eyes.
We arrived at work, I was gripping tightly onto the pages of work we had done. Thomas continued to vent until I snapped, "It's always Hamilton this, Hamilton that!" I snarled and continued on my way to my office.
"Jemmy-" "Don't 'Jemmy' me! When do we ever get to do what I want to do? When will you ever stop complaining about Hamilton and pay attention to me?! You didn't even notice when I broke up with Aaron!" I shouted.
"James I-" "No. Get out of my office." I spat, turning my back towards him and setting my papers on the desk. My face was scrunched up with anger, I don't understand why I'm friends with that asshole.
Thomas frowned and said nothing more, walking out silently. He shuts the door gently and walked to his office, thoughts swirled around in his mind.
(We're going to be switching from his POV to the 3 person POV a lot. I'm to lazy to make separate paragraphs for it. So, yeah, just so you know)
James' tail escaped from my jeans, it curled with annoyance and his ears twitched in fury. James' hair was just barely curly/long enough to hide his ears.
"That man is so infuriating!" He muttered under his breath. James took a deep breath and sat down in his chair, rubbing his hand through his curls.

Thomas' POV
"James I-" I started but Jemmy cut me off. "No. Get out of my office!" He hissed, I frowned but said nothing more.
I left as he'd asked, shutting the door gently. Though the pondered my mind, what could I do to make it up to him?
My face lit up as I thought of a perfect idea! But then Hamilton killed my mood, "What'd you do today, Jeffershit?" Hamilton snickered.
"Your mom." I smirked and Hamilton's jaw dropped, taken aback by the retort. (Yes his mom ain't dead in this) I continued to my office, my mood instantly lifting again.
I shut the door and sat down at my desk. I pulled out my phone and dialed a number. I was going to set James up, on a date. He was bisexual, I'm pretty sure he won't care what gender this person is.
Caller: "What is it. I'm busy,"
The gentle tone rang, "Wanna go on a blind date with one of my friends? I mean, you are still single, right?"Caller: "Yes I am, and I guess. When and where will this date take place?" She asked softly. "Tonight at 8, will that work for you?"
I mumbled, scribbling something down.Caller: "Perfect, where will this be held?" They asked. "Olive Garden?" I answer, it came out as more of a question though.
Caller: "Alright, I'll see you and your friend there." I smiled, "Great, bye." I murmured, they said goodbye and hung up.
It's out a sigh, hopefully James doesn't kill me for this.
