Hey. I'm going to shorten my author's notes because I'm quite sure nobody reads them. I wrote this throughout the course of the day, so there are ups and downs. Deal with it :3 No shame.

"Wolf."

A voice wakes me.

"Get up."

I roll over. I'm shaken by something. I open my eyes blearily to see Slender standing by my bed. I sit up and stare at him.

"What do you want?" I yawn.

"Five minutes to get ready. Meet me outside." Then he's gone. Oh, right, he can teleport. Duh.

I sit up and yawn again. I really hate mornings. 'Get up.' Rowan shoves me. He seems a bit agitated today.

I get up and put my iPod and a knife in my pocket. I sling my backpack over my back, sliding my axe into the side pocket. Flipping up my hood, I head out of my room and look around for something to eat...... I spot a banana on the counter. Ah, screw it, why not. I peel it and take a bite, looking at a digital clock also on the counter. My five minutes is almost up. I look around. Nobody's here. Weird.

I walk outside with my half eaten fruit still in my hand. Slender seems to stare at me but says nothing. I finish it up and throw the trash in a can by the door. He motions for me to follow him into the forest, with shock I realize it's still dark outside. That's why I didn't see anyone in the kitchen......What time is it?!

I start running to keep up with him. "Where are we going?" I shout.

He slows down and fades away, reappearing high up in a tree.

"Coming?"

I scale the tree and sit on a branch above him, looking where he is facing. The sun is starting to peek over the horizon, staining the sky crimson and orange. I watch in fascination like a little kid as it slowly begins to rise, painting new colors across the sky. I've always loved sunrises and sunsets, they're like a rainbow stretching as far as you can see.

I've never cared to get up early enough to watch, though. Or felt like staying out late enough to watch it set. Mosquitoes, you know? Now I realize what I had been missing.

"How does it look?" Slender asks.

"It's amazing."

"Sometimes I sit up here and wish I could see it." He says wistfully.

I look at him in surprise. I had always thought he was so.....cold. Maybe it's just because he killed me. He seems kinda.....sad now. Poor Slendy.......

He appears on the ground. "Time to get going."

I clamber down clumsily and head after him. He's on the move once again. Where are we going now??

I streak after him and watch as the trees thicken, the forest getting denser as we head farther in. The light from the now rising sun is blocked out completely by a thick canopy of leaves. I lose sight of him and stop, trying to see through the shadows.

"Uh, Luna. Help me out here." I mutter.

She obliges, making my eyes glow softly with their mismatched colors and providing light to see by. I step forward, knowing he's going to leap out of the shadows and minute and try to scare me.

"Haha. Very funny. Get out here."

Nothing happens. I stay calm. He's tricking me.

"If you're not coming out, I'll go back."
