Chapter 13: I'll Carry You

The next morning Thiago told me I could stay at home because I was crying all night.Later that day I heard a knock on the door and the next moment the whole team walks in with balloons,flowers and fruit baskets, but Oscar was nowhere to be seen. Maybe it was for the best.I sat up in bed rubbed my eyes and fixed my hair.

"I brought you a fruit basket,"Dani said coming to hug me.

"Yeah cause I'm the one who needs to eat healthy,"I said sarcastically hugging him back.

"I brought you some balloons,"Julio said sweetly.

"I brought you flowers,"Marcelo said grinning.

"I brought you my beautiful face,"Hulk said making everyone laugh.

"You're so conceited sometimes,"I said smiling.We spoke for a while then everyone left.

*Later that night*

I heard a knock on the door and Thiago opened it.Neymar walked in with a huge stuffed bear that said I love you.

"Look at your new best friend,"he said handing me the teddy. It doesn't beat my ex-best friend but at least it won't develop feelings for me and totally reject me when I don't return the feelings.

"Aww that's so sweet of you,"I said as Neymar sat on my bed and kissed my cheek.

"I missed you,"he said taking my hand.

"I missed you too,"I replied smiling as I looked at our intertwined fingers.

"So are you gonna tell me what happened between you and Oscar?"He asked making me feel sad but I knew he deserved to know.

So I told him the story, everything Oscar had told me I now told Neymar ,he believed me and that made me happy. "When last did you have something to eat?Do you wanna go to McD's?"Ney asked smiling.

"Why don't we just go make something in the kitchen?"I suggested not really wanting to go out.

"Ok cool but I'm very dangerous in the kitchen,"he said smirking.

"We'll keep all sharp and electrical appliances away from you,"I said giggling.

"Good idea,"Neymar said smiling.

We went downstairs and made some food.

"Wanna see something?"Neymar asked when we were done eating.

"What?"I asked looking at him.Neymar took my hand and led me to the piano in the lounge he sat on the chair in front of the piano and I leaned on it.

"What are you gonna do?"I asked confused cause there is no way in hell that this guy can play.

"You'll see,"he said smirking again.Neymar actually started playing Carry You acoustic by Union J on the piano and to top it off he sang!

"Don't ever say you lonely just lay your problems on me and I'll be waiting there for you,"he looked at me paused and smiled.

"The stars can be so blinding,when you get tired of fighting you know the one you can look to,"paused again.

"Oh my god Neymar,"I said while he was still playing the tune.

"Shh,"he replied and sang again.

"When the vision you have gets blurry you don't have to worry I'll be your eyes,that's the least I can do cause,cause when I fell you pulled ne throughso you know that I'll carry you..I'll carry you,"He continued.I was surprised cause I didn't know Neymar could play or sing so go.Neymar played the song and I looked at the doorway and saw Thiago staring at us,we exchanged smiles then he went back to his office.Neymar finished playing and I was blown away.

"What did you think?"Neymar asked looking nervous.

"Oh my gosh it was perfect,"I said walking to him.

"Really you're not joking around?"He asked frowning.

"No,I'm dead serious!That was wonderful!"I said kissing him on the cheek.

"I need to go,got practice tomorrow,"he said getting up.

"Ok I'll probably see you tomorrow at training,"I said smiling,he nodded and I moved closer to him closing the gap,I lifted my head up to him,standing on my tippy toes,our lips brushed against each other and I parted my lips and Neymar entered his tongue his mouth tasted like something sweet that I couldn't quite put my finger on.Neymar deepend the kiss and puts his arms around my upper body,I snake my arms around his neck and ran my right hand through his hair and his hands moved to my ass,I removed my hands front his head and rested it on his gently pushing him away but he came closer giving me one last kiss,he put his forehead against and I could feel his breath on my lips.

"I love you and if you not ready to say it yet I understand I said it it because I needed you to know,"he whispered making me smile.

He returned it and softly kissed my forehead.

"See you tomorrow" I said and shut the door.

I ran up the stairs, into Thiago's office and sat on his desk.

"Don't you have table manners?" he asked when he looked up from whatever he was busy with.

"Nope, my brother never taught me...did you know he can play like that?" I asked him a huge smile.

"You mean play with girls or the piano?" Thiago asked smirking.

"Haha" I replied dryly.

"Yeah, he only tells certain people though"

"Oh okay then. Night bro" I said and gave him a peck on his cheek.

"So you're serious about him?" he asked again.

"Night Thiago" and with that, I left his office, skipped down the corridor and climbed into my bed.
