Thirteen~ Concert

Simon's POV

I opened my eyes to see a blinding sun peering through my window. I squinted at the harsh lighting and dug my head into JJ's side. "Morning, Si." He whispered as I wrapped my arms around him. God that voice. I could listen to it all day. "Morning, Jide." I replied, followed by a kiss to his forehead. I rolled over and arose from my bed and walked at a leisurely pace to my bathroom. I was about to start brushing my teeth, when I realised I hadn't had breakfast. "JJ!" I called. "Do you wanna come downstairs and get some breakfast?" I poked my head out of the bathroom door. "Sure, babes. I'll be down in a minute." I smiled at him and he returned the gesture as I put on some shorts and a nike t-shirt and left the room.

After making my way downstairs, I headed into the kitchen to find Vik sitting at the island in the middle of the room. "Morning, Simon. Sleep well?" He asked me with a rather jolly smile on his face. "Yeah, thanks, Vik. What's got you in such a happy mood today?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. "Well, you'll be glad to hear this" I brushed a hand through my hair and sat down to listen "I got me, you, JJ, Tobi, Josh, Ethan and Harry all tickets to a concert tonight!!!!" "Really!? OMG Vik, that's amazing. What's the concert?" He pulled out a ticket from his pocket and slid it across the table towards me. "Drake." My eyes immediately lit up and I screamed with joy. "DRAKE? Vik you're such an amazing friend. How did you get these?" I aked still with surprise clear on my face. "I have my ways, Simon Minter, I have my ways." Just as he finished talking, JJ came bounding down the stairs. "Hey, guys, what's all the shouting for?" I lookedat Vik and he nodded for me to tell him. "Vik got us all tickets to see Drake tonight!" JJ's mouth dropped open and he ran over to Vik and gave him a huge hug. "Vik, you're the best, you didn't have to do this!" Vik smiled, "I know. That's what makes me such a great friend."

6PM

I stood in the mirror looking at my outfit for tonight. A white t-shirt and black skinny jeans, along with some casual black trainers. JJ looked amazing, too. He was wearing a black hoodie and red joggers, with some expensive trainers. I can't deny, he looked GOOD. "You ready, JJ?" I asked, walking over to him and giving him a quick peck on the cheek. "Yep. Can't wait. I get to see Drake, live on stage and even better, I get to share it with you." His last comment set a smile upon my face and I grabbed his hand and led him downstairs, everyone had come over, so Vik, Josh, Ethan, Tobi and Harry were waiting downstairs for us. "You lot took long enough." Ethan giggled as we joined the rest of the gang by the front door. "Sorry, needed tomake sure I look fresh." JJ stated making everyone laugh. Josh opened the front door and we got in two separate cars. JJ drove me, Josh and Ethan, whilst Tobi drove Vik and Harry to the concert. It was a long drive, so everyone was having conversations on the way, whilst I was just staring out of the window, thinking about how happy I was. I was with all of my friends, and my boyfriend, going to see Drake. WHAT THE FUCK. I'm the luckiest man alive.

As we got to the arena, we all got out of the car and met up with Tobi, Harry and Vik. After finding them in the huge crowd, we walked inside after showing our tickets to the door man. We had an amazing view of the stage. Super close to Drake, you could probably smell him. As Drake entered the stage there was a massive uproar of cheers and he laughed and greeted us with a "HELLO LONDON!!!!!!!!!" Everyone screamed and the first song began to play. Me and JJ danced together the whole night and by the middle of the show, we were holding hands, singing parts of the songs we knew and looking around at the crazy atmosphere. When the final song ended, Drake said his goodbyes and thanked us all for being an amazing crowd and as he was walking off, JJ turned me to face him and pulled me close. "I love you, Simon." A huge smile flooded my face. "I love you, too JJ." He connected our lips and we shared the most magical kiss and all of our friends cheered and shouted hoorays when we parted lips. It's safe to say that this was one of the most magical nights of my life. But with JJ, I had no doubt that there would be many more magical nights to come.
