9 Days Til Homra Arrive
I woke up and sighed as I smelled the Scottish air. I got up and went to my wardrobe, seeing only the outfits my parents picked out for me. I groaned and went to my bags, finding another outfit to wear than what I had here.

I went downstairs and saw my seanair no seanair at the table eating then my grandma gave me a plate and I ate

I went downstairs and saw my seanair no seanair at the table eating then my grandma gave me a plate and I ate. My pàrantan were sitting in the living room ignoring me and I knew they were still mad about me leaving.

"Seona, why don't we go shopping today?" Granny offered and I nodded as I finished eating.

"You will answer your grandmother!" Mom snapped and I jumped.

"Yes, seanmhair." I whispered and she gave me a look, meaning I was going to get an earful when we went out today. We left the house and I put my bag over my shoulders then she sighed.

"You don't need to be fearful of them-"

"Yes I do, seanmhair." I said and she sighed.

"So, how was Shizume? Did you find your friends?" I nodded and she smiled.

"My friend Misaki fell in love with another girl, I never told him how I felt. I came home instead, like a coward. And my friend Saruhiko was pretty cool, until he ditched us and came here. I have new friends too." I said and told her about Homra as we went from bùth to bùth, boutique to boutique.

"They sound wonderful, aingeal beag." I smiled at the dress in front of me but my pàrantan would burn it the second they saw it.

"Get it, aingeal beag." Granny said and I shook my head.

"You know how mother and father are-"

"And I'm the one in charge of them." She said and I smiled then kept looking, finding clothes my parents would approve of.

"Granny, I need to run to the bathroom." I said and she nodded as I ran to the bathroom. I checked my phone and saw no calls or texts from Homra, meaning they got my letter. I sighed and went pee then washed my hands and went back to Granny to see she'd bought herself a scarf.

"Ready to go?" I nodded and we went to the market then I helped her pick out food for the week, not that our family really ate much anyhow. We stopped by a flower cart and Granny bought me a peach rose, making me smile.

"Taing dhut, Granny." I thanked her and she bowed her head as we walked home, both of us balancing the bags in our arms. When we got home, I helped Granny and Grampy put the food away then we made dinner as my parents went out to eat, just like always.

"They aught to just leave you with us forever." Grampy said and I giggled as we made the salad. When dinner was done, we ate but I got a call and saw it was Kusanagi, making me stop.

"Seona, what is it?" Grampy asked and I locked my phone, silencing the call, then smiled.

"Nothing, Grampy." I said and he shrugged as we finished eating. I went upstairs to bathe then I laid my head back and relaxed in the water, content with the feel of the old metal tub under me. When I finished, I got out and went to my room, finding something to wear. Though, the slippers were my Granny's own handy work.

Man, that woman can make anything! I went downstairs and saw my seanair no seanair dancing together in the kitchen they were supposed to be cleaning but I just smiled and allowed, for a moment, the idea of Yata and I being like that

Man, that woman can make anything! I went downstairs and saw my seanair no seanair dancing together in the kitchen they were supposed to be cleaning but I just smiled and allowed, for a moment, the idea of Yata and I being like that. No, he loves another. Don't hope for something that'll never come. I smiled and went upstairs then went to my bedroom and laid down, grabbed my book, and started to read. I heard my grandparents go to bed then, long after, my pàrantan returned and went to bed. I continued to read but once my eyes got too heavy, I bookmarked the page and closed it, setting it on my night stand. I crawled under my covers and turned the lamp off, holding my quilt close to me as I fell asleep.
