I walked into the book store then found a book about an assassin then bought it, walking home as I thought of Yata. I mean, yeah, he's very cute! We're childhood friends, caraidean leanabachd, so that's weird, right? No, I can't like him the way Anna insists he likes me! Man, she's gotten into my head and now this is all I can think of! I sighed as I got back to the bar, the last of the snow melting away, then I saw everyone lounging but Dewa noticed my book first.
"You went to a book store?" I looked at my book and nodded.
"Yeah, I like to read." I said and he nodded then I went upstairs and sat on the recliner in front of the fire place. I opened the book and started reading when someone came over and I looked up.
"Hey, I was going to the shopping mall, if you wanna come with." I smiled at Yata then nodded and bookmarked my page then went to get dressed.
The necklace is her Homra one instead of the one shown.
We left the bar as I grabbed my leather jacket then we went to the shopping mall and I noticed his hands shaking.
"Hey, are you okay?" He looked at me and nodded then I sighed as we got to the mall. We went inside and he finally relaxed as we goofed off, just being teenagers. As we sat to eat lunch, I noticed him thinking hard about something and nudged him with my foot under the table.
"What's eating at you today?" I asked and he sighed.
"There's this girl, she's really cool and I've known her for awhile. I really do like her, maybe even love her, but I can't tell if she feels the same. I guess I'm trying to figure out how to tell but also tell her how I feel." He said and I felt my heart shatter like ice. He has another girl he loves, it's not me like Anna thought.
"Well, what do you love about her?"
"Her care free laugh, the way her eyes sparkle when she smiles, the way her hair shines in the sun, the way she's not afraid to voice herself and she's really strong. She's so kind, warm hearted, and she gets along great with the guys." So the guys know this chick too?!
"My advice, as your best friend in the entire world, is to just act like it's a band aid you're ripping off. Just tell her, don't think about it before hand or anything." I said and he nodded then laughed some.
"Best friend in the entire world, huh?" I nodded and he smiled.
"Thanks, Seona. I'll do that." I smiled and we finished eating then went back to the bar, me going to my room with my new book and locking the door behind me. I laid on the bed and grabbed my black headphones, plugging them into my phone and playing my music loud enough to block out the world. I don't think I could face the guys without breaking out into tears about my shattered heart.
Yata's POV
We got to the bar and she rushed upstairs, making me confused and worried I'd hurt her somehow. I went to her room and knocked but I didn't get an answer, meaning I had pissed her off."Misaki?" I turned and saw Anna then sighed and went past her to my room, changing the wheels on my board. Or, well, trying to. I was too upset with myself to do it properly.
"I'm going for a walk!" I yelled as I left then I started to walk around, not bothering to pay attention because I always find my way back.
