Jeanne and Siegfried (Chapter 11)

Siegfried was being taken care of by Jeanne as the team fought the wyverns, they were coming from what seemed to be the capital of Orleans. A big castle that was shrouded in darkness. Artoria used her BBA Brave chain to take out the last wyvern of wave two. Wave three had two red wyverns with a yellow underbelly and one black wyvern with a white underbelly. Artoria, EMIYA, and Kiyohime stood ready. Kiyohime made a BBA brave chain, Kiyohime shot one fireball with a tail, then another, and then one quick fireball, Her extra attack was her charging up an attack and shooting three fireballs. The first wyvern was taken out as the second red wyvern flapped its wings and shot a powerful gust of air towards emiya. The third one seemed to of hovered instead of flying which gained an extra attack. The wyvern then flew over to artoria and slashed using its claws on its feet. It was their turn next. An arts brave chain came from EMIYA. Emiya swiftly slashed forward for his first attack, he then slashed upwards and to the side, Emiya finally jumped back and charged up a bowshot that hit multiple times. His Extra Attack was him throwing his two swords then reappearing in front of the wyvern and slashing through using the Omega form of the two swords. Emiya jumped back to his place. The final wyvern then dove headfirst into Emiya, causing heavy dmg and leaving a burn status.

Emiya took dmg from the burn as another brave chain was formed, Artoria's brave chain. BAQ chain. Artoria charged forward, slashing the wyvern with a powerful swing, She slashed upwards and through the wyvern, she finally slashed upwards in a spinning motion. Her extra attack had her slashing upwards and spinning, she then charged another attack, wind compressed around her arms as she slashed through the wyvern with compressed air dealing dmg to the wyvern. The wyvern died, turning to purple dust. The battle was over only for another swarm of wyverns to appear.

"There are too many wyverns," (Y/N) yelled.

"We have to take cover," Jeanne said, carried Siegfried.

"Everyone, retreat!" (Y/N) yelled once more.

Everyone left the border to the castle and left to a nearby town to rest for a bit. (Y/N) sat beside Jeanne who was taking care of Siegfried.

"Jeanne, Will he be alright?" (Y/N) asked.

"Yes, He soon will be,"

"Jeanne, What happened here?" (Y/N) asked.

"The dragon-witch, She looks like me but she's not me, Shes someone completely different," Jeanne explained.

"Does she have some sort of cup or grail?"

"I'm not sure, I'm sorry," Jeanne looked down.

"Its ok Jeanne, We will solve this," (Y/N) promised.

"Thank you," she wiped a tear from her eye.

"Darling!" Kiyohime called.

"I gotta go, Please take care of Sieg," (Y/N) left.

Jeanne smiled as she watched the couple play together, She looked down at Sieg, there was a huge gash on his back.

'If I have to, I'll use my second Noble Phantasm against the dragon-witch,' Jeanne thought.

Jeanne nursed Siegfried all she could. It turned quickly from day to night. As she had to rest, she watched Sieg rest, he tossed and turned in his sleep. The next day, Jeanne picked up Sieg as they headed back to the battle area. More wyverns were seen as well as some sort of dragon roar was herd. Sieg struggled to get up, grabbing his sword.

"That's... Fafnir..." Sieg struggled to speak

"Sieg, you have to stay out of this battle," Jeanne spoke softly.

"Jeanne, we have to head into battle," (Y/N) looked at her.

"Rest up Sieg, I'll be back," Jeanne smiled.
