Chapter 19

Josh woke up coughing in a river coughing up his. He thought for a second that he had a hangover then he realized what had happened.

Then the missles hit their target.

Josh cursed and Bobby looked like he was about to cry. Then Packrat smiled he brought out parachutes.

Bobby glared at him ''Y-You bas-''

Packrat threw them each a parachute ''Just shut up and get ready to drop.''

Josh strapped on and braced himself the plane was falling down to the earth at a fast rate.

''Let's do this shit.''

Bobby nodded ''Whatever happens we are brothers.''

Josh smiled ''Brothers.''

Packrat grunted ''Brothers.''

Bobby jumped first then it was Josh and then Packrat.

Skydiving was amazing, the rush of the mighty winds pounding Josh's face, the thrill pumping in his blood, and the fact that they just escaped a death waiting to happen helped alot.

Josh saw Bobby by his side when falling down he was happy his brother from another mother was by his side.

Bobby looked down far below the people looked like ants, he really wanted this to be over and he had a little fear up here in mid-air that he would turn into a pancake once he hit the ground. He pulled the cord and to his relif he realized that he was no longer hurdling to the earth like a fallen space ship.

Soon Josh and Packrat did the same and they landed safetly.

The the cats came to play.

Big cats.

Lions.

They were two of them each huge, powerful enough to turn Josh into a chew toy.

They all stood in silence for a while.

Packrat glared and said ''If you want this come and get it you cowardly lions.''

Well those lions were not as cowardly as Packrat thought they would be, they sprung forward with their powerful legs and their mouths open ready to crunch down on their prey.

Packrat picked up a pole from the dirt and rolled to his left to avoid the first lion.

Packrat then swung down on the lion it roared for a moment then it turned and leaped on Josh.

Josh was beyond fear as the lion zoned in him.

Once the lion leaped forward Josh was frozen once that lion landed on him he was done, then there was a BANG! and the lion slumped to the ground.

Josh looked to his left and saw Packrat with a shotgun he smiled ''Found it on the ground from the wreckage.''

Josh rose his eyebrow and looked up to see the plane.

It was on its side and one of the turbines was smashed and it was torn in half.

Josh saw Bobby stroking a lion stomach.

Josh was surprised that he was able to calm a fricking lion, it blew his mind as he wacthed.

Yet he had to return back to task.

''Where do we go from here.''

''We travel to the city.''

Josh gritted his teeth ''So how do you plan-''

Packrat put one finger up and started to call some guy, Packrats sure had alot of ''connections'' it was very useful but Josh wondered how exactly he had so many sources he had no idea.

Time was hard to tell in this empty field with a giant plane wreckage, but a while later a off-road car came up the rough steep hills.

They stepped in the car and they were ready and then their driver gave Packrat a handshake and he drove through the hills.

Once they reached the city Josh could see multiple monuments out in the beautiful city.

Josh smiled and the car stopped in a front of building that housed the leader of the free world.

The White House.

Josh was speechless as he stared at the beauty of the stunning White House.

Packrat told him to step out he waited for Bobby to exit the car then Josh stepped out.

Later during the day they were walking down the streets.

''How we gonna find El-Savador he could be anywhere.'' Bobby said.

''He is closer than you think.'' a voice said.

All three looked to see a man in a trench coat and a hoodie.

Josh said ''HEY YOU STOP!''

The man in trench coat ran.

All three guys were chasing him but Josh was being slowed down by bumping into him.

The man in the trench coat stopped and spun around then he smiled.

Josh was confused what was he doing?

He pulled out a gun and fired up at the sky.

The sound of gunfire sent people running away in fear.

Then a four story building nearest to him exploded and crumpled and chaos followed.
