Trouble

---Kyo's P.O.V.---

As soon as those words came out of my mouth I regretted it. I sputtered nonsense as he gave me a look of confusion.

I bolted away from him across the courtyard and ran behind a school building. I leaned against the wall and breathed heavily as sweat was dripping down my body.

Oh shit!

I just practically just told him that I liked him!

That was so embarassing.... He did looked confused when I said that though....

My thoughts flickered over to Mika, that new student. Somehow there was something about him that sends a shiver down my spine.

I don't trust him and I wouldn't want Yuki to get hurt by him.

The thought of Yuki getting hurt and I want able to prevent it just breaks me....

My train of thoughts were destroyed when the loud blaring sound of the school bell rang.

I sighed as I ruffled my hair.

This is going to be a long day...

---A Few Days Later---

I walked across the courtyard as I was clutching the strap of my backpack, making my knuckles turn white.

It has been three days since Yuki met Mika and they've been hanging out ever since....

Yuki had completely ignored me the whole time and watching them joking and talking together sends a throbbing pain my chest.

Hearing the sound of giggling, I looked up and saw Mika and Yuki together. Mika had an arm around Yuki's shoulder casually as Yuki glanced at me but quickly looked away.

I sighed and kept walking and thought about what I can do to make Yuki talk to me again.

---Yuki's P.O.V.---

I giggled at the hilarious joke that Mika just told me. We've been together for three days and it's been great!

I noticed Kyo watching us but I quickly looked away.

I admit, I do kinda feel bad ignoring him the whole time but he deserved it.

I mean what right does he have to picking my friends for me? That's just not fair! Plus I don't see why he would hate Mika. He seems like a perfectly nice guy!

I walked into the school building with Mika because he told me he forgot something in a classroom.

"Hey Yuki. I have a question." He said.

"Shoot." I said as I took a swig at my water bottle.

"Is Kyo your boyfriend?"

Surprised and appalled by his question, I sprayed all the water out that I had in my mouth.

I coughed and choke as I sputtered, "W-What.... What makes you think that??"

He strugged his shoulders and replied, "Oh I don't know. He seemed to look jealous when he saw me talking to you."

I laughed as I said, "No way! We're both guys so there's no way that would happen!"

"Oh I see. Now that's good." He said with a smirk.

I blinked at him. What's with the smug grin on his face?? What's going on??
