Dennis and Casey meet in a psych ward / mental hospital. She snapped and killed her uncle when her uncle told her he wanted her to have a baby, a little girl just like her to abuse. Dennis can have it where he hurt or killed someone after being provoked or he killed his mother.

When Dennis gets into the car after dosing the other girls he looks at Casey and is about to dose her when he sees a scar peeking out . He stops and asks her if there are more , when she nods yes , he asks who did it. When she says her uncle. He gets out of the car , goes to her side , opens the door and tells her to take him to her uncle. They leave behind the other girls in the car.

Casey ends up with a lifetime pass to the zoo ( she won it by being the millionth customer somewhere or in a contest or at something at school) , she starts going there after school to stay away from her uncle . She spots Kevin ( Dennis) and starts to become intrigued by him. She's there when the two girls take his hands and put them on their breasts. She yells at them and chases them off. Dennis still emerges but does so while seeing Casey defending them . Casey , feeling a bit euphoric from defending someone when she was never able to defend herself , gets the confidence to speak to him.
