Chapter 7:  Cuddles

Lexis POV

This morning I woke up quite happy today's the freshman's day, so we seniors didn't go to school.

Lythia and I made plans for the whole day, and I'm looking forward to them.

So because of this, I got out of bed early, and trust me, I don't do this on a regular basis, packed all my equipments needed,  and had a shower.

I stepped out of the bathroom, with a towel wrapped around my manly area, and another in my hands, used to dry my wet hair.

Suddenly, my phone vibrated, I quickly rush to it, expecting it yo Lythia, and I was right, it was her.

Umm, I'll have to cancel on you today.

What! Why are you feeling ill ,I'll come over and bring breakfast!

No I mean, my my parents, aren't really my parents, but my protectors, can you believe that, my father is Zeus!

HOLY CRAP!!!!!

Lythia's POV

After having a shower, I came out, wrapped in a pink towel, blow dried my hair, then dragged on a comfortable shorts, and a large shirt. Then went to curl up in my bed. To tell you the truth, I feel betrayed, unloved, and unowned.

A tear slipped down my cheeks, and I wiped it away, angrily. I don't care if I snapped at Drew and Brettiana,my protectors......they deserved it.

A few mins later, a crattle was heard by my side window, I wonder who is it? I got up, and walked to it, Lexis, just as I expected, I then draw it open, and shouted, "Couldn't you use the door!!" He was hanging on the window pale, with one hand, and with the other, he held a white bag.

"You know if you fall, you'll probably die?" I told him.

"But I won't, I'm an expert!" He chuckled saying, then fire blaze himself in side.

Show off!!

"I brought you breakfast, figured you wouldn't want to eat from your parents-uhhh-i mean, protectors," he stated nervously, scratching the back of his neck.

"Uhhh, I didn't know Lexis Bryan, could of been sweet!" I mocked.

"Stop it, you're making me look bad!" He puffed, as I smile lightly before, plopping myself on the bed.

"Soooooooo, are you OK?"

"I guess so, I just found out that im Athena, and that my parents, aren't really my parents, umm, I think I can ketch on!" I replied sarcastically.

"Com'on Tia, you know I didn't mean it like that!"

"I know.....its just that I feel....."

"Betrayed, unowned.... I understand!" He finished my statement, and I nod my head in agreement, I then open the bag of goodies he had brought earlier, and found chocolate waffles, and a bottle of orange juice.

"Thanks Lexis!" I thanked him, and place it on the night stand, I didn't have much of an appetite.

"Your welcome babe, I suggest you should rest up, I'll be heading back, and if you need anything, I'm just one call away!" He stated, singing the last part, in a very croaky girl voice. I smiled lightly, then grabbed onto his free arm, "Please stay!"

He studied my gaze before simply nodding, and getting under the covers with me.

I wrapped my feet around him, along with my arms, then snuggle up to his biceps, yeah, real comfortable.

Unknown POV

"Now is a good time to go get her, right, brainiac?" I asked him.

"Yes you're Majesty, but might wanna lock off the connections with your brain, she's a very good reader!" I nod, understanding what he's saying, she will receive the mind reading ability, I'm sooo happy for my little girl!!!!

Can't wait to meet her over all these years!!
