Chapter 20:"He's just gone!"
"What happen, I came as soon as I heard!!" Hermes stated, breathing breathlessly.
"Lexis, i-is gone, he has been kidnapped!" I hiccupped, from all the crying I've been doing.
"What!!" Hermes stated, drawing his gaze to Phobia. These two defiantly has it for each other, but I don't think its the time for that argument, or you could say situation.
"Yeah she's right," she agreed, "He was sending her gift baskets and chocolate long with sweet cards, blah blah blah, we went to his room, and gone, not a trace, we then alerted the guards and they assured us that they didn't see him on any of the premises, but they did see dark clouds," she explained.
"Shit, it must have been those demons again, I know they would of return, but not this soon, and kidnapped him!" Hermes sighed out of frustration.
"What are we going to do, I miss him!" I sobbed out.
"You guys stay here, I'll bring Ares here to protect you, while a few gods and I search both heaven and hell!"
"Search earth too, and maybe bring me back a gift!" Phobia smiled.
"This is not time for jokes Phobia, but I'll see what I can do!" He replied.
Told you they had it for each other, and since I'm the goddess of love, I'll play my part in setting the romance!!!
"Ares, come, now!" Hermes whispered in a monotone.
And Ares appeared, wow that's cool, I wonder if I can do that??
Of course I can, I mean I am a goddess!!
"Stay with them until I get back!" He demand.
"Fine, as long as Lythia's here!" He agreed right away.
"Good, then I'm off!" Then he vanished.

"Soooo, how's life treating you!" Ares ask.
"Not well," I replied, "Phobia, where's that soup!!"
"Coming!" She replied.
"Lexis, huh?"
"Yeah, I miss him, suppose something bad happens to him, suppose he dies!!?" I forced out, as a sob escape my my mouth.
"Hey Ares, you aren't helping, you made her cry again!" Phobia grunted.
"Sorry, I mean, I had to ask!" He fought.
"Shhh, its OK, its not time to think negatively!" She cooed.
"Alright, alright, I'll calm down!" I sniffle, "Just pass my soup!"

"I'm back, but I have bad news!" Hermes stated, stepping inside, "He's just gone! I can't find him anywhere, I'm sorry Athena, I've failed you"
My eyes widen with shock, as I fall to my death
