Chapter 2: Become Friends.

Warning: This part is important as you don't want to end up falling into the abyss of sorrow also known as the 'Friend Zone'. But what if I told you, maybe temporarily staying in the friend zone has its perks.

You might know a friend (or you) who had fallen prey of the friend zone. (if you're a victim, that's all the more reason to stick to this book.)

Your core objective here is befriending her. Why don't we start, by simply describing what it means to be a friend. A friend is :

1.Caring

2.Thoughtful

3.Loving

4.Good person to talk to

5.Shares the same interests

These are the common traits of good friends. Not sure what kind of friends you make but I recommend these be the prerequisites.

Unless you only have like 5 'good' friends and the rest of them are assholes. (ahem ahem Basma ahem)

Pretty close to a typical lover right? This is why we often love our friends. Do you see the connection I'm making. If not let me elaborate the 6th and only point present in a lover but not a friend and that is,

6.Emotional and Physical Intimacy

Talk about a game changer, add a little spice to a friendship and you have yourself a relationship. So that's what I'm going to talk about in the next chapter which is establishing subtle intimacy to let her know what's going on.
