Keep Me Sane

part 15:Lex's pov

     Me,Em,Gerard,and Andy were talking about the future when i had an idea. "Guys,call me crazy,but when we grow up and have families, we should all live in one big house. Together. I can get a job, i know Gerard has one, and Em and Andy can get jobs too. We can rent if we have to. It would be like our situation right now,but with a family in a bigger house. I like the idea." I said when I saw Gerard's eyes widen and he looked scared to death."Gerard! What is wrong hun?" I asked him holding his hand. "Uh did you just say 'Family'?" He asked me as i said "well yeah dont you want one when we get older?" He calmed down a bit and said "Oh thank goodness i thought you were talking about right now phew but yeah i definitely want kids and pets with you." I laughed and hugged him as Em and Andy looked at each other."Do you guys want a family?" I asked as Andy had the same look gerard had a minute ago. "I do. What about you Andy?" Em said as Andy said "yeah but would it be a demon?" That is when everybody went silent. He was right. If we were demons our children could be demons too. But me and Gee's child would be half demon. "You are right. But i mean there is a possibility that it could be human. We were chosen demons. When me and gee have one ours will be half demon and half human." I said as me and Emily looked at each other. We both knew that if our child were demons that they would hurt in labor. I held my stomach just thinking about it. "Hey Gee what do you want our family to be like?" I said wanting to change the topic. "Well I want two dogs,one cat,one or two children,and i want me and you." He said smiling. I smiled as i said "yup. I was thinking that too. I was thinking one italian greyhound,one Pomeranian, and a black cat with green eyes." He nodded and said "sure. Sounds good."

     We were all getting ready to sleep at about 2AM.Me and Em were singing scream by The Misfits and brushing our hair and teeth while Gerard and Andy changed in different rooms downstairs. Me and Em were about to walk downstairs when we heard the boys talking so we stopped and eavesdropped.
"I've been thinking and what is it like being a demon?" Gerard asked Andy.
"It is ok I guess. What is it like being the only mortal in the house?"Andy said playfully.
"Well that is the thing. I am going to die before all of you guys. So i was thinking of trading my soul to become a demon and live forever with you guys and Lex. I cant stand the thought of us having a family, and then me dying and Lex and you guys being left to take care of the kids. What do you tthink?"Gerard said. Me and Em looked at each other as a tear rolled down my cheek. She patted my back and we listened to them a bit more.
"Dude that is a big sacrifice. You would sacrifice your soul for Lex?" Andy said pushing his jet black hair out of his face.
"Well yeah. I love her." Gerard said as we decided to walk down. Gerard smiled at us as we walked down and Andy was sitting there with his mouth open.
Me and Em both looked at each other as i said,"what are you guys talking about?"Gerard smiled and said,"manly man stuff." I laughed as i hugged him. We all went to bed shortly after and I had a dream about what our family would be like...
