Japan’s POV:
Yao’s been bugging me for the last few hours. But not physical bugging, more like mentally. He’s been ignoring my attempts to ask him if he needs anything or wants anything.
Did I do something wrong? Did I mess up? Was I too straight forward before?
I really feel bad about forcing him in bed a few weeks ago. I feel like I took something away from him… ((His innocence))
“Yao-san? Something is bothering yo-“
“Nothing is bothering me, aru. I promise!” Yao sat down and crossed his legs.
I sit down beside him for only him to scoot away a few inches.
“Something is wrong. Tell m-“
3rd Person:
“Nothing is wrong! I swear!” The tone in his voice was a big give away. Something was bothering him. “I promise nothing is wrong, aru.” Yao sat up straight and folded his arms.
Kiku lean towards him a bit, getting closer to him. “Something is defiantly wrong.” I frowned and sat closer to Yao without him scooting away.
Yao sighed and faced Kiku. “I’m just upset on what you did before, during WW2, okay?” His eyes had a hurt look in them, tearing up as his hair covered them.
“Yao… I told you, I didn’t mean any of i-“
“It felt like it, aru!” Yao raised his voice and looked down.
Kiku lifted Yao’s head up with his index finger and pecked him lightly on the lips
“If I did, would I do that?” Kiku smiled lightly and sat up.
Yao frown fades and he looks at Kiku. “To gain my trust and break it again.”
Kiku sighed and turned away from Yao, curling up into a ball. “You really do hate me…” Kiku’s voice was quiet and had a hint of hurt in it.
Yao turned to Kiku and hugged him slightly, only to have Kiku turn around and hug him back.
“You always have a soft side for the hurt, don’t you?”
