Wondering On

Chapter 1: Fogged up

I-it's so cold I say shivering hugging my self for warmth as I sit against a wall, I look around shivering violently my teeth chattering as snow falls down fast it building up in front of me and on me. I look to my left staring at the sign beside me, "For sale." Is splayed on it, damn father I think to my self hugging myself tighter. "Are you okay?" I hear someone say his voice calm like, I look up seeing a boy snuggled up with a scarf and heavy coat, he is holding out his hand to me frowning. "Are you cold?" He asks my eyes widening, I nod furiously, he pulls off his scarf holding it out smiling. I smile back at him taking it and wrapping it around my neck the warmth sensation spreading throughout my body. I look up at him smiling he smiles back tilting his head his brown hair falling to one side. He takes hold of his back pack on his back digging in to it, "Here." He says holding out banju buns, "Eat 'em while there hot they taste better that way." He says nodding me grabbing the bag and putting my hand in it pulling out a banju bun, I stuff my face the food warming my body the sweet taste spreading. T-thank you I say looking up but he already walked off leaving me there once again.
