Ducktales -- Money Making Machine

• Chapter 2 •

"That blasted PIGEON!" Scrooge yelled through the mansion, shaking Dewey, Huey and Webby awake. They poked Louie.

"Let me sleep.." Louie lay in bed.

The children ran down the stairs and into the room the money maker was in.

"Scrooge. What's wrong?" Webby asked, rubbing her eyes.

"That poofy tailed backstabber gave me a bogus machine!" Scrooge yelled, picking up the 200 note from the right of the conveyer belt.

"This is just paper! There's no value in this!" Scrooge tossed the note and Webby grabbed it.

"This doesn't even have the Duckberg seal of authenticity on it! This is a fraud!" Webby looked to Dewey and Huey.

"Wait, so what?" Huey said with a confused look.

"I got this machine from that tech monkey Mark Beaks! He said I could print money with this thing!" Scrooge said, walking out of the room. The little ducks followed.

"Wait. Doesn't Louie follow Mark Beaks? Maybe he can find him?" Webby said with a smile.

"Go wake Louie up. I can't believe I.." Scrooge paused.

"Gave him a room! He might be there! Come here ya backstabbing baboon!" Scrooge ran towards Gyno's old office.

Webby ran upstairs, while the other two left to find Launchpad. Webby got to Louie's room and shoved him. He was still in bed.

"Ugh..stop. What do you want?" Louie lazily spoke.

"Mark Beaks conned Mr.Scrooge! He sold him a fake money machine!" Webby shook Louie.

"What!?" Louie jumped up, in his pyjamas.

"Exactly! So can you like look on his social page thing on your phone?"

"Yeah. Hold on.." Louie said, he unlocked his phone and navigated to Beaks's Duckbook page.

A video was uploaded just 10 minutes ago. They opened the video..

Scrooge burst into Gyno's old office and immediately tripped on the robot head. He fell to the floor and jumped back up to his feet. Beaks was nowhere to be found. All of Gyno's blueprints were gone and Beaks had left no evidence. Scrooge scrunched his face in anger.

"THAT BLASTED LITTLE-"

Webby and Louie watched the video. In the video, Mark Beaks was bragging about scamming Scroog McDuck and selling part of his mansion to someone else.

"Oh my goodness! How did he get a deed to part of the mansion?" Webby asked Louie, for some reason hoping he had the answer.

"What? I don't know. He never told any of us." Louie explained, panicking.

They heard a horn outside honking. And heard a loud bang. They looked out of the window. Launchpad had crashed a golf cart into a tree outside the mansion and Dewey and Huey were with him.

Webby ran downstairs and Louie got changed upstairs and followed soon after.

Scrooge was already outside in the cart and waving to Webby and Louie.

"Kids! Come on, we need to speak to Mark Beaks!" Scrooge yelled.

Webby and Louie hopped into the cart and Launchpad recklessly drove off towards Beaks's office building.

"Hold on to your tails dudes!" Launchpad lifted the cart over a ramp
