Jungkook gulped at the surgeon's words, his heart was as if he was trapped at the darkest abbys and he was only left with two exits, either one of them would be a dead end.

He shut his eyes tight before inhaling a deep air, sniffing in the strong scent of hospital sanitizer.

And at last said with hefty heart, "please..save my husband."

I'm sorry, baby mochi.

Daddy will see you in our next life.

Surgeon nodded at Jungkook's decision and went back into the operation theatre after giving him a pat on the shoulder, "I'll try my very best."

Jungkook leaned back against the wall as he slided down to the ground, body loses its energy and soul. 

The live in Jimin's stomach will be the most painfully beautiful thing that has ever existed in Jungkook's life. It will forever be well-embedded in his memory, even if he had never seen the baby mochi before; the love will be there for eternity.

Jungkook hid his head in between his arms as he sobs. For the first time in forever, he had cried for something that was so wonderful and probably the best thing that has ever happened to him. He had never beg for anything but all he wanted now is for the baby to live, and for Jimin to come out safely. 

Yoongi and Hoseok went over to the their younger brother, squading down next to him as they patted his backs to sooth him down, thats the least they could do as they know if they were to say anything, they would make things worst.

"they're going to be okay, Jungkook. I trust Jimin, he and the baby will be fine." Hoseok said this time round, a tear escaped from his cheeks as he was feeling empathy by the whole situation.

At the same time, Mia was still standing by the corner with her mother, totally clueless about what is going on and somewhere in her knew that things were not going right.

One hour.

Two hours.

Three hours had passed, and finally the red light above the operation theatre went off once again.

Jungkook who was sitting on the bench next to the door swiftly stands up and dashed over to the surgeon, along with the others who are present as well.

"Mr Jeon, your husband is safe!And congratulations, you got twins!"

Jungkook just could not believe his own ears and the good news that was just delivered by the surgeon.

"thank you so much doctor! Thank you! But wait, a twins?! How is that even possible?!" Jungkook just could not be more thankful towards the surgeon for saving both of the precious lives, yet at the same time thinking that he might have heard the wrong thing.

"yes a twin. I think there must be some mistakes done by your gynae but sometimes this could happened since your husband is giving birth to premature babies so it could be possible that another baby is hidden behind his brother which its hard for the ultrasound to detect."

"his brother?! So it's a baby boy?" Jungkook raised his voice slightly with excitement.

"correction Mr Jeon, it's two baby boys." the surgeon smiled.

"holy cow! Thank you so much doctor!" Jungkook almost bear hugged the doctor, with the other who stood by had their best and grateful smiles hanging on their faces.

Taehyung who witnessed Jungkook's joy can't resist himself but to melt in his boyfriend's arm, meanwhile Hoseok the dramatic guy almost had his tears shed. 

"that's my job Mr Jeon, you can visit them once they are transfer to normal ward." Surgeon and Jungkook shook their hands before he walked away, leaving them still standing there at spot, feeling absolutely overwhelmed by the abrupt good news.

Jungkook finally broke into a smile, hugging his brother and cousin in joy.

"congratulations Jungkookie!" Hoseok raised his voice merrily, feeling incredibly happy for the couple and the newly born baby.

This time, Anastasia then walks over to Jungkook and gave him a smile, "Congratulations Jungkook, and sorry for what Mia have done earlier on." She then pulled the little girl who was hiding behind her mother all the while.

Mia dares not to make any eye contact with her father as she knows that he was still infuriated with her reckless and playful attitude.

"daddy...Mia is sorry, and I'll never repeat the same mistakes again." she apologized sincerely with her puppy eyes.

"there's no next time little princess, and now you're going to be a big sister so you'd have to behave from now on okay?" Jungkook carries her up in his arms and kissed her on the cheek. 

"okay daddy!" and she hugged her daddy with the inherited bunny smile pinned on her pretty face.

Jungkook went straight to Jimin's room after visiting the new born babies that were sent to their respective wards.  As his sons are both premature babies, they will need to be addressed in the neonatal intensive care unit under the incubator for roughly two months, until they are fully developed and healthy.

"hyung, you guys can take a leave first. It's been a long day." Jungkook said to his brother and cousin as they are all still here meanwhile Anastasia and Mia had went back home to rest since the sun has already set in its horizon. 

"you sure?" Yoongi pats his shoulder.

"of course, everything is okay now. I'll be here until Jimin wakes up." he gave a half smile,  assuring them that he will be just fine since there is nothing much to worry now.

"alright then, we'll be back tomorrow morning,  send your regards to Jiminie when he's awake." Hoseok said before they all left the ward.

Approximately an hour had passed, the medication for Jimin should have subsided and he should be wake up by now, yet there's no changes with the said male that had his husband so worried.

"oh my baby, when are you waking up..I miss you so fucking much already.." Jungkook buries his head in between his arm as he rested them next to Jimin.

He keeps mumbling to himself nothings that made no sense to anybody that he didn't even realized Jimin was carefully lifting up his jelly hands and patted his husband's head.

Jungkook jolted from the touch as he swiftly shots up his head, "baby!"

"k-kook.." Jimin slowly opens his heavy eyelids but still tried his best to give Jungkook his warmest smile.

"how are you feeling sweetheart?" Jungkook cupped his lovely husband's face, softly caressing the puffy cheeks. 

"just a little groggy, where's our baby?" Jimin grabbed onto Jungkook's hand.

"they're doing great honey, and I can't be more grateful to have you. You're just so so amazing." Jungkook leans forward to kiss the male on his lips.

"what do mean by 'they'?" Jimin had his questioning look.

"we had twins baby, and they're both boys." Jungkook commented with his eyes twinkling, sparkling brighter than the stars in the sky.

"what?!"

"yes honey, and I just decided to name them Troye and Greyson."

"oh my lord."
