Your P.O.V
After all the planning , the day has finally arrived , your best friend is getting married , you're her maid of honour so you've helped with most of the planning. "You look beautiful" , you hear behind you and you spin around , Froy walks towards you in a full suit and tie. "I told you , you look amazing in a suit" you smile and he cups your face and places a soft kiss on your lips, those kind of kisses make you melt inside.
"Come on, we don't want to be late" Froy takes your hand and you walk out of your shared bedroom , "Yeah I wouldn't want to see an angry bride" you giggle slightly and the two of you walk out of the house. Getting into Froy's car and heading towards the church.
"I do" your best friend says, a tiny tear slips from your eye and you quickly wipe it away. You take a small glance at Froy , who's sitting in the second row. He mouths "I love you" and you smile and you glance back at Y/B/F/N , "I pronounce you as man and wife...you may kiss the bride" the priest says and you see that you best friends husband is super nervous but he seems to shake it off and kisses Y/B/F/N, everyone cheers and claps and you clap with them.
You wait outside the church with Froy. He's holding your hand. "You looked amazing up there" Froy says into your ear, you turn to Froy and you peck his lips, "although you would've looked better if that was our wedding" he smiles shyly, "do you mean that? Does that mean you'd want to marry me?" You ask , holding onto Froy's hand even more, "yeah" he places a kiss on your forehead and then you hear cheering, you turn to look in the direction of the church doors and you see your best friend and her husband walking out of the church , you join in the cheering.
"You look beautiful Y/B/F/N" you say as you hug her, you're one of the last people to see her after the ceremony, everyone gave the new married couple their wishes and got into their cars and headed towards the venue, which you also helped organise and decorate. "Aww stop it, look at you, I knew that dress would look gorgeous on you" your best friend holds onto your shoulder. "And you picked right" you turn around and Froy is standing behind you , he must've finished talking to (you best friends husband's name) , "you two act like a married couple sometimes" Y/B/F/N says and smiles and Froy wraps his arm around your waist. "You two better go, Y/N can you get the band started on the music when you get there?" Your best friend asks you, "of course , see you there....don't take too long" you say and your friends laughs slightly and shakes her head. Froy leads you to his car.
* at the venue*
You asked the band to play soft songs to warm up until the married couple come in for their first dance. You're waiting outside the venue, alone , you told Froy you were going to wait outside until the couple arrived.
You see the limo pull up in front of you, (your best friends husband) gets out of the car and makes his way to the opposite door, he helps your best friend out.
"I'll go tell the band" you tell them and they thank you and you head into the building.
"They're here , could you get everyone to gather on the dance floor for the first dance?" The lead singer nods and you thank her, "Alright everyone , welcome to Y/B/F/N and (your best friends husbands name) wedding.." everyone cheers , "can everyone stand around the edge of the dance floor and get ready for the couple's first dance" everyone claps and does what they're told to do. You spot Froy and you walk towards him, "hey" you say, he holds you close to him , you rest your head on his arm. The couple walks in and everyone watches, the music starts to play and they start dancing.
"May I have this dance?" Froy stands up and holds his hand out, you take it and you say "I'd be honoured". The two of you walk towards the slow dancing bodies, you find a spot and Froy grabs your waist and you place your hands over his shoulders. The two of you sway in a slow motions. "I love you" Froy says looking down at you, you look up at him , "I love you too".
"Alright, everyone gather around the dance floor please, yes everyone" you hear the singer say and everyone starts to walk towards the dance floor, you walk with Froy hand in hand. "Can we get all the ladies that aren't married to stand in the middle of the dance floor?" You look at Froy and you let go of his hand and you walk towards the middle. Other girls have gathered too, your best friend walks towards the group and looks at someone in the crowd and nods once. "Okay , now , ladies get ready to catch" the singer says and your best friend stands not so far away from the group, she lifts the bouquet of flowers as if to throw and then she turns around and walks towards you , she hands you the bouquet, "what? Weren't you supposed to throw?" You look around and everyone is filming "no" she grabs your shoulders and spins you around. You gasp , your hand flying to your mouth , you can't believe it, Froy is on his knee and is holding a black box with a diamond ring.
